This chapter starts off with Hori and Miyamura walking back from their shopping, when they see a poster of a popular idol with short hair. While they talk, Yuki sees Hori from afar with a person she doesn't recognise, as Miyamura was in his other appearance. Hori returns home alone since Miyamura had to go back, and she was greeted by her mother (Hori Yuriko) whom she hasnt seen in a while. The Hori family talk about Miyamura-kun, while Kyouko massages her mother. Later, when Yuriko asks what Miyamura's full name is, Hori realized that she didn't know his first name. At school, Kyouko is too embarrassed to ask him for his first name but rather attempts to find out through various methods such as; peeking into the boy's locker room hoping someone would call him by his first name, asking their homeroom teacher (unsuccessful), asking Toru (who was still heartbroken) and checking the top grade list. Yuki then turns up and explains how she saw her and a guy walking together the other day, to which Hori responds by telling her he was her cousin. Hori flees from her since she can't ask her what Miyamura's name is anymore while Yuki tries to give her notes back.

At home, Hori (Kyouko) gets depressed because she couldnt figure out his first name while eating curry for the dinner for the third time. Her mom asks if he will be coming over on Saturday, and she realizes she could figure out his full name when he introduces himself to her mother.

On Saturday, Miyamura is greeted by Yuriko and Souta while he came to visit Kyouko. Miyamura becomes all flustered wondering if Kyouko wasnt home, to which he is told that she went shopping. Yuriko leaves to go to work and tells him he can stay until Kyouko gets back. When she does, her mom is gone realizing that she wanted to have a one-on-one talk with him. Then Miyamura mentions how she called him by his first name. Hori takes this chance to figure out his first name by asking what she called him when he notices that she has been acting weird lately. Kyouko tells him what has been bothering her, and he starts to laugh. He writes his name and gives it to her. While they prepare dinner, they talk about names, and his family when the doorbell rings. Thinking its the delivery man, Miyamura rushes to get it, but it was actually Yuki returning her notes. Miyamura meets Yuki at the door while Hori is behind the wall, shocked.
