Florence, Spencer, Hanna, Emily and Aria were sitting in Spencer's family's barn during a storm, drinking, laughing and talking about boys when a sound came from outside
"Somethings out there". Aria said when she heard knocking on the large door. "Some thing or someone?" Emily said quietly as she looked toward the door of the barn. The knocking got louder and louder with each passing second until the knocking abruptly stopped. The 5 girls looked at each other each with their own worried look as the barn door turned. "Guys?" Hanna inquired softly. The girls all follow Hanna's gaze towards the door where they saw it slowly opened only to reveal, nothing. The girls were huddled together in order to feel the safety and warmth that the others emitted. Quietly the girls walk towards the open doorway and peered outside. All of a sudden a figure lunges out from the darkness. Everyone screamed. "Gotcha," Alison laughed as she emerged from the doorway, the light from the barn illuminating her dark face. The girls sigh with relief as the dark figure turned out to be their best friend. "That was so not funny," Spencer said trying to regain her breath. "I thought it was hilarious," Alison giggled. " Well, it wasn't for us, you almost scared us half to death asswipe," Florence seethed. "Oh, come on Flo, you know you love me," Alison said holding out her arms. Florence scoffed and walked into Ali's arms who engulfed her in a hug "love you", Flo said in a muffled voice. "Love you too".

Florence and Alison's friendship was a complicated one. One minute they bringing hell down on one another and the next they are the best of friends. However, they love each other dearly and haven't been separated since they were toddlers. Florence didn't agree with Alison's methods to get what she wanted, but never the less went along with it in fear of losing her.

Florence found a comfy space next to Spencer and Ali. who took a sip of Spencer's drink and passes it to Hanna.
"Did you download the new Beyoncé?" Hanna asks. "Not yet," Alison responds with a certain coldness to her tone. "I'm loving her new video," Emily comments, slightly giggling. "Maybe a little too much. Em?" Alison says.
A pang of guilt filled Florence's heart, as much as she loved Ali, she has always had a slight crush on Emily.
Hanna passed the glass over to Aria who took a big sip. "Careful aria, take too much and you'll tell us all your secrets. Spencer says laughing, "friends share secrets. That's what keeps us close. Drink up." Alison says with a fake smile. "Everyone deserves to have their own secrets, that's what makes us human Alison." Florence snaps back while taking a sip of a drink that Ali handed her.

A few hours later the storm had passed and the barn door was wide open. Aria stirred awake kicking Florence in the process. "Ow, the fuck was that for?" Florence asked quietly but angrily. Aria doesn't answer her but walks over to Emily and pats her to wake her up "Em?" Aria says worriedly. Florence try's to stand up but is quickly knocked down by her head spinning in circles. "Where's Spencer and Ali?" Florence asked once she had looked around. "I don't know", aria answers as Hanna sits up. "I think I'm gonna be sick," Hanna says slightly swaying from side to side. "I want to go home," Emily cry's while holding her legs up to her chest. Florence and Aria walk toward the barn door and see a dark figure walking towards her. "Ali?" Both girls call out. Spencer emerges from the shadows looking tired. "She's gone," Spencer says. "Gone, what do you mean gone?" Aria asks. Florence walks up to Spencer, and brings her into a hug. "I think I heard her scream," Spencer said quietly. Florence quickly took a step back and aria got an instant shiver. "ALI?" Florence called out "ALISON, IM DONE WITH YOUR GAMES, GET YOUR ASS HERE NOW!"
