I am lying down on a grassy hill, my earbuds playing some music. I was scrolling through some of the tutorials [The System] provides. It contained some interesting pieces of information I should keep an eye on as it could come in handy in the future. I take my eyes off the menu to take a look Issei and his buddies peeping through a hole. Jesus, I knew the guy was a perv but not at the level I was seeing. Never understood the whole harem part. I am more of a single person romance type of guy. But Issei still manages, somehow, to get what he wanted so what am I complaining about.
I return my focus back to menu and open the Store Menu when suddenly it all disappeared. I blink in confusion before the menu returned.

I check for any difference to the previous version but there weren't any noticeable differences. The last thing I check is the Store menu, changing from a simple store to a professional website.

Those guys are bad news. I remember their background from the manhwa. Their whole thing is trading in both legal and illegal items. Goods, information, requests and... even lives. But compared to the previous store, the items were better priced and there are more things to buy. I check it for anything interesting, one thing managing to catch my interest.

This is basically the ultimate Vali Lucifer counter. Just imagine his shock when he tries to [Divide] my power and it does nothing. It does cost 100 million yen, a far cry from my 15 million yen in my account. I could try to sell some of my stuff. I take out two bottles of Venomous Spider Blood and post it, the offers coming in quickly. The first one was 55.000 yen, the second one is 100.000 yen. After a while, someone uses the buy now option to buy the two bottles for 2 million yen, the money transferring into my account. After throwing the common stuff up for sale that I had grinded days for in the dungeons, I got 30 million yen. That makes it 47 million yen I have at the moment. I couldn't resist the opportunity to buy some new skills so I search up some cheap magic books that can be useful.
The cheapest ones start at 1 million yen so I best only buy 2 books to not get broke in my excitement. After browsing for a while, I buy 2 books: golem creation and hunting. Golem creation could be used as a great defense tool for defense and offense and hunting could be useful for grinding dungeons for loot.

I whistle at the skills, taking in the awesome benefits I receive. A few women throw me disgusted looks.

"Come on, what are you getting angry at for!" I yell.

I lay back down and continue fooling around with the menus until the school bell rings. While I would normally go home directly,  I decided to go to a bookstore I saw on my daily commute. It isn't that far away, so I reached it pretty quickly. Rows and rows of assorted books decorate the store. With a few uses of [Observe], I find three books that would help me with my CQC problem. After paying, I run back home full of excitement, throwing my backpack onto the sofa when I enter. Opening and taking the books out of my inventory, I put them on the table. Three popups appear.
