Darkness. Sorrow. Depression. Anxiety. Suicide. Death. Morbid words that engulf the brain of an average teenager. Simplistic, yet convoluted methods of describing how to fortify a boy's mind from such aesthetics is yet impossible without the one word that is not on that list. Love. How is love, a basic description of care and affection for one another, to be considered a method of morbidity in a teenager's life? How did love become the source of all hatred for a boy's life and yet lead him to misery and hopelessness? The raid of the ocean on the rocks, the constant release of anger from the tides of the waves as they punish those involuntary piles of stone is the only sound that is heard in this void of emptiness. A boy is sat on the shore, his feet are dug straight into the sand as he stares into the darkness of the sky. Empty. Not a single star nor the moon was out on this night.
