Three years have passed. During this time, the city has gone through some changes. The Dark Cultists have been on hiatus ever since the raid against the phoenix. Camp Living Chat was attacked by the Red Raiders and the members dispersed shortly after that. The Crew put stricter rules in place to try to capture Ork King's bandits. Nexus, Cade, and Dafaria disappeared after the escape from the Ork King and no one has heard from them since. The race to the final heartbeat seemed to be over. Until...

November 20th, 2017

It was a snowy night. Fields of snow engulfed the mountain tops as the North of Fandom City was covered by a sheet the Earth's whitest intricacy. Just below the central mountain lied a wide stone wall covering the mountain core of The Crew's Northern Prison.

Wearing a dark wool coat with black metal lining the seams, Adrian stood atop a bridge leading to the entrance to the prison. Schnitzel appeared behind him.

Schnit: You ready?

Adrian looked straight at the entrance. There were two guards standing on platform in front of the control room that was used to open the massive gate that was engraved on the wall. Adrian pushed the button on his collar and black threads began to spiral around him, covering his clothes and forming a mask that covered the bottom half of his face.

Adrian: Let's go.

Schnit sends a message on his phone. Shortly after, the two guards fell to the ground, dead. A figure covered in black wiring emerged from inside the control room and waved to Adrian. As Adrian and Schnit walked towards the gate, the cogs of the gate slowly began to move. The massive door opened inwards, revealing a long tunnel leading to the mountain's core. A guard that was stationed just inside the door was surprised to see the gate open at such a late hour. The guard walked to the entrance and peered out at the snowy landscape. There was nothing there. Just as the guard was about to turn on his flashlight, a chain quickly shot out from the darkness of the night and wrapped itself around the guard's neck. The snap of the guard's neck breaking could be heard as his body collapsed onto the ground.

They proceeded inside the prison where an elevator was located directly underneath the control tower. Two more guards emerged from the elevator and took out their assault rifles as they saw Adrian and Schnitzel.

Guard 1: Hey you shouldn't be in here!

Guard 2: Show us your ID.

Just as Adrian was about to summon chains from under their feet, two knives entered backs of each guard. This caused them to grunt in pain and look behind them. As the man covered in black approached, the guards fell to the ground. He handed Adrian a key card and told him to head to the fourth level of the basement before disappearing. Adrian and Schnit proceeded to the large elevator and pressed the B4 button as the doors closed and they began their decent down Fandom's Prison.

The doors of the elevator opened to reveal a large circular dungeon that had multiple torture items hanging from its dome shaped roof. Along the walls of the dungeon were numerous cage cells, each marked with a number. The sound of the world's most notorious criminals agonizing in pain could be heard from every cell. Adrian could feel his demons shake from within him as he made his way to the center of the dungeon.

Schnit: *smirking* Jeez you look pale.

Adrian: Let's just get this over with.

As the two men reached the center, four guards appeared from across the dungeon and started firing their guns at them. Schnit was the first to react. He pressed a button on his arm and an EMF shield appeared to block the bullets. Adrian and Schnit ran off in opposite directions. Then, as if in sync, they both changed direction to head straight towards the guards. Adrian raised his arm and chains erupted from under his sleeve to swing himself towards the first guard. After wrapping his fist with a chain, he punched the guard in the face. At that same moment, Schnit jumped over Adrian and stabbed the second guard in the chest. The two other guards falter back and throw smoke grenades on the ground before toggling on their heat detector vision. Adrian swoops in from underneath them both and rams two chains correspondingly into their heads. Schnit runs to the other side of the dungeon and swipes his key card on a glass door and the door opens. They both ran along the long hallway as more guards appeared in front of them and started firing their guns. Adrian ran in a diagonal motion and sent five chains to create a wall in front of him. Meanwhile, Schnit runs straight into the wall and emerges from behind the guards only to slit their throats with his secondary knife. Adrian shoots a chain at the final guard and the guard is impaled into the wall of the room. Around them, the prisoner cells were filled with laughter and crying. More guards appeared from all sides to surround the mystic duo. It looked like they were trapped. Suddenly, more figures appeared from the shadows and yelled at Adrian to proceed to the second elevator. Schnit nodded at Adrian as he dashed to the other side of the elevator and swiped his key card that he had received earlier from the dark figure.
