How was the last chapter!? TAB button still broke >~<

We swayed back and forth, holding each other close. My hands were twined around his neck, holding me close. Xavier's hands were resting on my hips.

"There's something I have to tell you." He said as the music faded away.

"Yes?" He pulled me back to the couch and we sat down, our legs touching.

"There's a vampire hunter after me." Xavier said, getting right to the point.

"Buffy?" I asked.

"No." He said in a stern tone. "Her name is Savanna." Savanna? That sounded like a little girl with curls and freckles.

"Is that who shot you?" I gasped remembering the bullet. He nodded his head gravely.

"I could die any second of the day." A tear formed in my eye, thinking of everything that could happen. "Do you still want to be with me?" I kissed him as hard as I could, pushing him to lay down on the leather love seat.

"Answer you question?" I said, giving a small giggle. He gave a small grin.

"Yes." Xavier replied.

"Xavier!" Blake yelled, flying down the stairs so fast his shape blurred. Xavier's head snapped to look at him. "Drake called, hes going to try to take her." He said, gesturing to me. Xavier hissed, clutching me to his chest.

"Oh for the love of life." I said jumping up. I couldn't be that special.

"Take her to the beach house." Xavier said, tossing him a set of keys out of the drawer under the Irish Elk. "Ill talk with Drake."

"No, come with me. I don't want to go anywhere with out you." I said, the tears finally pooling over. "Cant Blake just talk with him?" I questioned, whipping the tears away.

"Lets go." Xavier said looking at both of us.

"My car!" Blake yelled. "I get to drive." We followed him down the hallway and then down a flight of stairs, they had an underground garage, figures. Blake clicked his keys and the lights to a sliver and red Lamborghini flashed.

"A Lamborghini? Wont that stand out?" I questioned again.

"Shut her up Xavier, please. I need to think." I stood opened mouthed, gaping at Xavier. He shrugged and held my hand.

"Get in." Blake barked, holding the door open for me. I piled in the back, Xavier right in after me. Buckling up I rested my head on his shoulder and closed my eyes, exhaustion hitting me like a ton of bricks. My thoughts drifted away and I fell asleep, my head still on his shoulder. He kissed my head and I slept, the car racing for some unknown destination. New York faded away as the moon rose higher in the ebony sky. Stars twinkled above our racing car.
