Chapter 5

Y/n pov

"Hey Y/n?" Yiren says

I looked over at her.
"Yea Yiren?"

"I have to tell you something. Mia you can stay too. Y/n is gonna need someone to hold her when I tell her." Yiren says

"What do you mean I'm gonna need someone. Yiren what's wrong?" I say trying to get up off the couch

Mia pushes me back down. I look at Yiren waiting for the answer.

"I am so happy Mia came into your life. I can tell Mia will always look after you. I can't do it all by myself especially now since I'm really sick and these next couple of days might be my last." Yiren says starting to tear up

I look at her shocked and scared.
"Please tell me you are joking. Yiren I lost Onda to her being sick. I CAN'T LOOSE YOU TOO BECAUSE OF IT. PLEASE TELL ME YOU ARE JOKING. I WON'T BE MAD JUST PLEASE."

"I wish I was Y/n. You have Mia now. She will take care of you I know she will." Yiren tells me

"It's not the same thing. Your my sister. The only family I have. Yiren please." I say slowly getting up from the couch and this time Mia didn't stop me

Yiren's pov

It hurts seeing Y/n like this. We lost Onda to this illness that I have. She has Mia now to look after her. I'm happy to see Mia here.

"Y/n lets spend the time we have together before things get worse." I tell her

"I'm not loosing you. I can't loose you. I won't be the same again. Please tell me it's fake please." Y/n says crying

I walk to her and hug her tight.
"I wish it was fake. But it's gonna be ok. Lets just spend the time we have together."

I felt Y/n's arm squeeze tight but it doesn't hurt. I rub her back and look up and Mia.

Mia looked back at me with tears in her eyes.

I looked back down to the floor. I can already start to feel the illness start to take over.

Mia's pov

I feel really bad Y/n lost one of her sisters to and illness and now she is gonna loose her other sister to the same illness.

I wanted to give them time alone they are gonna need it. I will be here for Y/n that day her whole world falls.

I hope JiU doesn't make fun of her for this. Y/n doesn't need JiU in her life to bully her.

I saw Yiren put Y/n on the couch. Y/n fell asleep. Yiren looked up at me and told me to follow her.

I went into the other room with Yiren and looked at her waiting for her to talk.

"Mia I need you to promise me you will make sure Y/n won't do anything the day I'm gone. Promise me you will be by her side when I can't be here anymore. Take care of my little sister for me please." Yiren says crying

I walk to her and hug her.
"I promise. She won't be alone. I will protect her always."

I heard Yiren sniffling.

"Do you know how long you have left?" I ask

Yiren broke the hug and looked at me.
"A month."

I looked at her and I started to cry.

"Mia please she lost Onda already to this. I know she will loose me too but make sure she's ok. She went threw so much more than me." Yiren tell me

"I will do everything I can. I promise." I say

Yiren smiled sadly.
"Come on its time for bed and you both have school tomorrow."
