I've tried so hard.
For fifteen years I've struggled to get the best grades possible. I've missed days of sleep just to make the honor roll. I've become almost anorexic for this. Ok, maybe that's going too far. Hi, im Aaushi. As you can guess, im fifteen, and I just got into the best school in Tokyo. True Cross Academy. I've been waiting for this day since i could crawl.
Let's just say my daily life isn't so great.
I had finally packed up the last of my things and set them near the door for me to take to the bus. I jotted down a note to tell my adoptive father that i was going to True Cross and that i love him. I didn't think he'd get it very soon. The bus came and i carried the single box onto it. The bus lumbers on and i stare at my old home. It wasn't the best, but I've grown up there for a while. Like, my whole life, while.
It was a long while before the bus pulled into the outside of True Cross Academy. I hopped off and gazed at the scene before me. There were lots of people around, all of them giggling and hanging out together. I wished i had friends like that. I followed the crowd to the front desk and got my dorm number. Two other girls would be with me in the dorm. I made my way to the dorm and unlocked it. The two girls were already there. One of them had curly brown hair and bright green eyes, which complimented her tan skin. The other had strawberry blonde hair that was a straight as a ruler.
Or my dick. Whichever you prefer.
"Hi!" The blondie smiled at me.
"Im Madison!"
"And im Alicia. Its so nice to meet you..?"
"Aaushi." I said, setting my box down next to my bed.
"That's a really pretty name!" Madison smiled. They were starting to remind me of plastic barbies. I smiled and took my folded clothes and put them in the dresser.
"Thanks." I muttered.
"So school doesn't start for a while, why don't we go have some girl time?" The real Barbie asked.
"I'd love to!" Madison chirped.
"Sorry." I said.
"I've got someone i gotta meet."
"Aww thats too bad! Well, we'll see you later." And they left, all the while giggling at who i might
be meeting. I took the school uniform out of my box and slipped it on. Then i locked the dorm door before taking out a small key. This key was given to me when i was little. My adoptive father said it was from my real father, who used to be an exorcist. He didn't tell me the exorcist part, but i figured it out. I could see demons for a long while, since something scratched my cheek when i was in kindergarden. I still have the claw marks, but they were faded and barely noticeable.I pushed the key into the lock and turned it. It gave a satisfying click, and i pushed it open again. A large hallway stretched before me where my dorm room used to be. I looked around but realized i had no idea where.i should go.
"Hey!" I jumped and whipped around. There was a guy standing behind me, grinning. He had black hair and these weird blue eyes that i can't describe very easily.
"Uh... hi."
"Are you new here?" He asked. I nodded and looked down. There was a white dog with a pink and white polka dotted bow on it's neck. Who let that dog in here? He kept staring at me weirdly, and i turned my attention back to the guy.
"My names Rin, what's yours?"
"Aaushi."
"That's a cool name. Anyway, i guess the freshman class is in one of these rooms, so just follow me." I nodded and let him lead me. We only got down two hallways before i realized we were actually following the dog.
"Does he know where he's going?" I asked Rin. The dog turned around and huffed at me.
"Of coarse i know where I'm going. What kind of instructor would i be if i didn't?" I shrieked and jumped backwards.
"It can talk?"
"Yeah it was a surprise to me too." Rin assured. The dog sort of smiled at me.
"You don't want to be late." He said.
"Let's get to class."
