As best friends since childhood, Yue and Ashran would always walk home together, eat lunch together, go to school together; in short they are always together, not a day goes by that they don't have each other by their side.

Well, others might think it's just normal for them, because they are "Best friends" just like what the heavens mated them to be.... Right?

But it's not the case for the two,
As the day went by, some feelings started to show up.
They thought it's just a "simple crush"
Since, well, they do admit that each other is attractive.

But fate is unpredictable.

"Can I be by your side till the end of this journey?..."

"Can I be yours and yours only, and you'd be mine and mine only"

A smile formed into my lips as I read those last two lines sa librong binabasa ni Yue.

We both have decided to have a sleepover at their house. Yue's household to be exact.

And I found a few new books on his shelf-

I was busy enjoying the illustrations in the book when-

"Your turn yams" he said with his deep but minty voice. Really attractive I might say.

But actually, to be honest everything about him is attractive- from his personality, to his appearance, not to mention he's tall, not just tall, tall na as in.

And his body is a work of art, have to thank tita and tito for that.

I really don't know how can I stand beside him despite all of that, I mean like- look at me naman haha.

"Yeah, just a sec"

He just nodded. Drying his now semi wet hair with his towel, while his eyes on me.

Palagi naman niyang ginagawa 'to, yung pagtitig saakin ng ganyan, na para bang pusa akong ka- adore adore, hays.

Pero ewan, hindi ko alam since when na hindi ko na matignan siya diretso sa mata pabalik.

I walked over to his closet, kumuha ako ng damit ko na ngayon ay kaamoy na rin niya, hindi naman sa nagrereklamo ako ah, okay nga yun eh, ang bango bango ni Yue.

Nagtataka lang ako kasi hindi naman ganito ang pagkakatupi ko sa mga damit ko dito sa closet niya dati. Pero bahala na, naguluhan siguro siya sa pagkakatupi ko kya inulit na lang niyang tupiin. Kahiya naman.

I sat on my bed still drying my hair as I waited for Ki to step out of the bathroom.

A thought went through my head and I feel the sudden rush of blood flow going into my face.

I turned on the aircon, "its getting hot in here.." I said to myself.

I turned it off when I got home since ki is sensitive to cold, but he loves taglamig.

I put it on at 10, I'll just turn it off later.

I grabbed my headphones and a book which was in my night stand, put some music on and opened the book, and continued to wait for ki.

I got out of the bathroom to see Yue reading a book while listening to music.

I stand there for a sec, I honestly don't know what to do next, since my hair is already dry.

My eyes roamed around the room, thinking what to do next.

I closed my eyes as I lay down, in his bed, beside him.

But wait, best friends naman kami a'?
Pero bakit ganito iniisip ko? Ganto nararamdaman ko?

Para akong ano.

I stopped the music I was listening to as I felt a sudden weight beside me.
There lies the most enchanting music to ever exist.

The moonlight from the window that was left open complementing his side figure as he faces the window.

it's getting hot in here again.

I just stared at my best friend until he turned to face me.
