The war finish, with the win of the Kages and their villages.
Sakura and Katsuyu were able to close the injury and to make [name]'s body stable until she could have the best medical treatment.

"Sakura, is [name] okay?" Sasuke asked running to her.
"She is stable for now." the pinkish haired girl said analysing the man in front of her. "You shouldn't run here, you have a lot of injuries."
"I don't care." he said and not after long time he passed out.

Both [name] and Sasuke were in hospital by now, though [name] look way better than Sasuke.
It been some days since they were in hospital and none of them waked up. Naruto and Sakura were visiting both of them everyday.

"Hello, [name]." Sakura said as she entered her friend hospital room. "I've talked with Tsunade-san and she said you should wake up soon." she said and then she saw [name]'s left hand moving a bit and she sadly smiled. "Please, come back."

The next morning, [name] body started moving uncontrollably until tears where running out of her closed eyes making her somehow calmer.

"Sasuke!" she yelled as she stood up from her bed with eyes wide open with salty tears running all over her face.

She gained her breath slowly. As she looked around, she noticed she's in a hospital room.

"What happen to me?" she whispered to herself.
"Good morning, [name]." the door opened reaviling her pink-haired friend that enter her room with her eyes closed. "Today you have to wa-" Sakura stopped and screamed as soon as she opened her eyes, surprised to see you awake. "Nurse." she yelled on the hospital hallway. "Bring Tsunade-sama, tell her [name] woke up."

After Tsunade inspected her and she told her that she's healthy with no injuries, she could finally breath more normally.

"Tsunade-sama, how's Sasuke?" the girl quickly asked wanting to get off the bed.
"[name], stay down, you just woke up." Sakura said wanting to calm her.
"He is in coma, we don't know when he's gonna wake up. But when he'll wake up he'll have to face his desteny, again." Tsunade said exiting the room, making Sakura sigh.
"Don't tell me she'll make Sasuke pay for what he did." the girl looked into her friend green eyes wanting to hear the response that will make her happy.
"Tsunade-sama, really wants to do it, not because she has something with Sasuke but because the other Kages made her do it." she said breaking the eye contact and looking down.

It was July and Sasuke's birthday, he was turning 18 today but yet he was still in coma. Though you didn't care about it, you wanted to visit him on his birthday like you used to do it back when you were younger.

"Happy birthday, Sasuke." you said as you entered his hospital room. "It's been some time since you've talked with me." you said sitting down on a chair near his bed and took one of his hand in yours. "Today is your birthday, you turned 18, but you already know how old you are, don't you?" she said smiling the boy with teary eyes. "I miss you, you know, it's hard knowing you are this close to me yet so far away." the girl said starting to cry since she couldn't hold her tears anymore. "I'll go a little outside to calm down and I'll come back, I promise." she said as she stood up and she kissed his forehead.

She walked away from his bed, as she knew she only hurt herself as she saw the boy in the state he was in. Unable of doing something. She slowly open the door, but as soon as she did she heard a little groan and her eyes start lighting up.

"[name]?" she turned around as she heard her name being called by the man, making her tears to fall down faster and to run into him hugging him, making him groan in pain.
"I'm so sorry." she quickly apologised as she realized was she did.
"No, it's okay. Don't cry." he said as he raised his hand to wipe her tears off.
"Sasuke," she said smiling as she put one of her hands on top of his. "Happy birthday. You are 18 now."
