Brinley Maxwell is from the United States. Her parents are both originated from the United Kingdom. Before Brinley was born, her father had been targeted by Voldemort, and knew he had to leave his family back in London. He left his entire magical family behind to move to someplace safe. He knew the States would be safe from The Dark Lord as his family calls him. Growing up, Brinley had gained a new baby sister, is quiet but also seeking answers to questions she'd never knew she'd ask. As a young child, her first accidental magic was creating wind on the beach when she was meditating with her paternal aunt, Kim. She didn't know at the time as well as a cookie floated over the counter top when she was five as her mother explained it. Brinley is an intelligent child, always reading ahead of her peers, but she gets distracted easily. She likes to spend time alone, but isn't opposed to making new friends. Brinley is definitely the girl who wants to stay ahead but also learn of her family.

— Brinley is an absolute bean. She comes from a family that doesn't have magic, but her bloodline was a pureblood until her ancestor Arlea did something so horrible that caused her magic to evaporate. This causes her bloodline to not have magic, until Brinley. Due to this, Brinley is a very powerful witch. Her wand also signifies as such. She is still in the process of being developed through all the films, but this is the overall character profile to date!
