SHOU POV:

Aahh kuoh academy perhaps one of if not the biggest pains in my ass I've ever experienced and that's saying something out of my 200 years worth of being alive I don't think I've ever seen a more annoying group of teenagers in my life and remember 200 years worth of being alive

anyways I was sitting in class doing my usual thing sleeping now you may be wondering 2 things

1: what's someone as old as me doing in this hellhole well my older brother and Tiamat thought it would be a good idea to learn from every faction seeing as I need to free my race that are sealed away and the best way to find the seals is by learning everything I can about the factions ive already learnt pretty much everything about the devils fallen angel angels dragons and other mythologies the only I haven't has been humans and for good reason why the fuck would I want to go to school with people so much younger then me

2: how can I sleep in the middle of class well that's an easy question for you see im just smart really really smart I'm not saying like ajuka Beelzebub smart but smart none the less oh and having a photographic memory helps

anyways I would have stayed asleep if it wasn't for the annoying pervs next to me now listen im not saying im not a perv in nearly 100% sure that every guy from pretty much every factions a perv unless we're talking about arch angel Michael but as stated he an angel so that kind of a given nut anyway back to my point I may be a perv but I observe the female beauty from afar as to not get whacked with kendo sticks or get my nuts stomped into paste I mean it helps that all I do is read and sleep in school so most people ignore me or leave me alone so they never know but that's besides the point the point is these idiots take it to far honestly who just describe what type of porn they watch the night before if it wasn't for the fact that watching them get beat up was so damn funny then I would have let my shadows eat them by now

anyways as I lifted my head up from my desk to see what all the commotion was about I see a girl with blue hair and a light green highlight in her hair

"hmm another devil huh" I thought to myself

as she was about to introduce herself I put my head back down and went back to sleep

TIMESKIP TO LUNCH:

I was sitting down in my normal spot under the only sakura tree in the damn school I was reading my book when I heard footsteps approaching me I looked up and was met with the sight of a small white haired girl standing in front of me

"hmm oh hello Shirone" I say with a smile on my face

"you know your not allowed to call me that in school you idiot" she said as she sat next to me

"fine fine so how have you been koneko" I ask looking at my book

"im ok.....are you not going to eat" she asked in a monotone voice

"how many times do I have to tell you I don't eat lunch just breakfast and dinner it cuts into my reading time" I said as I hear her pull out her bento

now all of you are probably wondering how I know her real name and that's an easy question to answer I was there when the nekomata's were being purged listen man being old comes with some perks like helping 2 stray cats escape a burning village and leave them in the right spot where a devil noble would find them hey I said I was smart not my fault you didn't believe me unfortunately I was a bit late when her sister kuroka killed their master but hey I cant be everywhere at once it was his fault for letting his guard down anyways so me being me decided to help her escape and I helped koneko understand why she did what she did and why she had to run shes still a little sad that she cant see her sister but hey atleast they stay in contact through messages that I have to pick up and give to them but meh whatever
