"Are you tired?" Mew softly questioned as he brought his left hand to cup the younger's cheek while his eyes gazed lovingly upon Gulf's.
They were finally away from the public's eyes and were finally getting their very much needed alone time.
Mew's gaze poured a thousand and one emotions no words could convey.
His surge of pride for the younger's success was tremendous beyond anyone's comprehension.
"Mhm, I was. But not anymore..." Gulf broke into a wide smile and mirrored Mew's loving gaze. "Because you're here."
After the end of the successful concert, both Mew and Gulf exited from backstage and the latter was ushered to the dressing room to change into his home clothing.
While Mew waited, he took the opportunity to ask permission from Mama T and Bester if he could take him back to their shared condo.
Hearing soft footsteps approaching their way, Mew turned to see Gulf happily walking towards them while bowing and thanking the staff for their hard work.
Mew, too, bowed gratefully and thanked the staff as well.
"Are you happy? Mew continued asking. Gulf didn't need Mew to elaborate his question.
"I am, phi." It might have sounded as if the question was meant for tonight but it was more than that and Gulf knew it.
"I am more than happy because you're here with me."
A wide smile spread across Mew's lips and turned his eyes into crescents at Gulf's words.
Curious fans standing outside of the stationary car didn't matter, even if the pair could see them speculating through the tinted windows as to why it was taking them so long to drive off.
Because all that they cared about was each other - how expressing their love toward each other was their priority.
Until today, Mew didn't think it was possible to love Gulf even more deeply than he was already sunk in -but today proved him wrong when Gulf had dedicated the last song for him.
Mew stood backstage and watched his boyfriend with glossy eyes.
He knew it was Gulf's way of telling the world that they are together, and how Gulf was subtly showing him off to the world.
"I love you, Yai Nong."
"I love you too, Phi. Let's stay together for a long time, na?"Their lips instantly met each other. Despite how many times they've kissed and got intimate, their hearts beat as if it was the first time.
"Let's go home, phi." Gulf smiled when they pulled away.
As much as he wanted more, they needed to get home.
"Krub Mia." Mew chuckled at his own teasing before stealing another kiss on his cheek.
Mew didn't have to congratulate Gulf.
The way he kissed, the way his eyes gaze longingly into his, the way his honey voice poured so many emotions told Gulf everything.
How tonight wasn't a dream but a reality, that he could also stand alone in front of thousands to perform, just like his phi Mew.
The younger turned to look at Mew as they finally drove off and silently prayed to the heavens that they would be together forever.
