You continued to look around for anybody. no one.

You started to really worry now. You wondered if this whole thing was just a very, very detailed dream. You pinched yourself. "hm" You thought. You definitely felt that. You slowly walked back upstairs still trying to process what the fuck is happening. You threw on a jacket over your t-shirt and shorts. You didn't care at this point, its not like anyone would see you anyways. You slowly opened the front door. You peeked past the big bushes surrounding your front yard. As you expected, you didn't see anybody. You stood there thinking. A chill went down your spine. "its not even chilly outside.." You thought. The atmosphere was odd. It wasn't normal. At this point nothing felt normal. You thought maybe you could find someone or something if you went downtown. It was usually really busy down there. You went back inside and grabbed the car keys off the small table next to the door. You locked the door behind you and you began to walk down the driveway to the car. You unlocked the car and opened the door. You sat down and tried to turn the keys in the ignition switch but the car didn't start. Your heart began to  rapidly thump in your chest. You got out and didn't even bother to close the car door. Since you couldn't drive you car, you would have to ride your bike. You opened your back gate and entered your back yard. You went behind one of the dead trees and grabbed your bike. It was really rusty and the paint was chipping but it was all you had right now. You peddled down a long side walk, you passed at least 50 crashed cars on the main road. You peddled to the nearest mall, it was your favorite place to go. While crossing the main entrance into the parking lot, a thought passed through your mind, "since everyone's gone, cant you just steal everything?" You ignored it and told yourself it was the wrong thing to do..
