"Ok so the last group is.. Komi, Osana, Tadano and.. Y/n. Ok well class that's all, i wish you luck." The teacher said, ending the class.
You sighed, you knew Komi and Osana were popular and you never really spoke to Tadano even though you've known him since Middle school.
You got up and practically dragged your feet along the floor on your way over to Tadano's desk, "Hey, um.. may i have your number for the project?" You asked nervously.
He turned towards you, "Hm? Oh! Yea o-of course!" He replied, he grabbed his phone and handed it to you. You added your number to his phone and added his to yours.
You asked if he had anyone else's number in the group, he answered with a yes and you put all their numbers down. Osana ended up walking over and put his arm around you, pulling you in.
"Yo! So you're Y/n huh?" he asked.
You yelped a little from them pulling you in, "Um! Yes! That's me!" You exclaimed.
"Did i scare ya? Sorry. Here take my hand." He said holding his hand out to yours.
You grabbed it and he shook it, "Nice to meet you, i swear I've seen you from somewhere though."
"Ah, yes i went to middle school with Tadano but we never talked." You said steadily.
"Ohhhh, yeaaa I've seen you walking home from there before!" He said loudly.
Just then, the bell rang, "Awh, school's over. Which way do you walk Y/n?" Osana asked.
"Oh um, i walk the same way Tadano usually walks." You uttered.
Tadano butted into the conversation, "Oh yea, come to think of it. I've seen you walking the same way as me a couple times!"
You nodded and asked if he'd like to walk home with him, he accepted your request and Komi walked with Osana.
"So.. you won't tell anyone about my um.. chuunibyou phase.. right?" He asked slowly.
"Hm? Well yeah, of course i won't. You're obviously different now, there's no point, i don't get anything from it." You said, answering his queries.
He sighed in relief, his face became more relaxed as he gave you a smile. You blushed a little, his face was just too cute. You never really noticed it until now.
You both walked down while creating some small talk. You reached your house and Tadano waved you goodbye with a little smile on his face. He was adorable.
"SEE YA, PROJECT BOY!" You shouted to him.
He looked at you and smiled, "See ya later!"
