Studies - Chapter 2

It was the weekends by now, it had been 2 days since the project had been announced, everyone in your group all contributed while in class.

Although, Komi didn't say much, she did help a lot and plus, Tadano somehow knew what Komi was thinking without her saying anything, you just thought that made Tadano just that more great.

Just then, your phone rang

*Ring* *Ring* *Ring*
"Ah, Y/n! I'm glad you answered!" Tadano said, via the phone.

"Of course, what's up?" You asked.

"Ah, would it be alright if me and Osana came over for the project?" He asked nervously.

"Oh sure, what about Komi though?"  You asked in response.

"Oh she's busy today but she should be free tomorrow, if not though, we can just sort everything out with her in school." He replied.

You said yes and about an hour later, Tadano and Osana showed up to your house, "Yaho, Y/n!" Osana said, greeting you with a smile.

"Hey Y/n!" Tadano said, also greeting you with a smile.

You let them in and they made themselves at home, you left the room to grab some drinks for them, your parents were at work anyway so it didn't really matter what you did as long as the house was tidy by the time they came back.

You arrived back into your room with the drinks on a tray, you put it onto the table.

"So.. What are we doing next?" Osana asked.

Tadano thought for a while, "Hm.. well how about we gather more facts about the second topic in the project. We need all these facts to be accurate too... plus Komi-San said she'd make some notes for tomorrow and if not tomorrow, then when we go back to school."

You weren't against the idea, you agreed with Tadano's plan. Now all you needed was for Osana to agree too.

"Alrighty then! Gathering more information about the second topic it is!" They exclaimed in excitement.

It seemed like they hadn't done anything fun for so long. Although, you didn't really care, you got on with doing research and writing notes. Tadano put on some music while all of you were researching.

It was quite fun, even if you all barely exchanged words with each other, you enjoyed their company. You enjoyed being within the same space as them both, they made you feel happy, even if the friendship between you all wouldn't last after the project.

You still enjoyed being around them regardless. You checked the time, hours had passed, it was 2pm when they came over and it was now 7pm, your parents would be home around 7:30pm.

"Hey guys?" You said, bringing their attention forward to you.

"Hm?" They both hummed.

"Should we call it day, it's quite late." You explained.

They both looked at the time and nodded, you all stretched and yawned, "Haha, i guess yawns are contagious!" Tadano said, giggling.

"Ooh, you're right Tadano-kun!" Osana said, replying to his statement.

They finished their now cold drinks and got up, they put their shoes on at your front door and left, on their way out they said farewell to you and went on their way.
