Everybody was in a beaten up state, they could not fight any longer.
"Where is Tanjiro!?" Giyuu asked, hoping that he wasn't turned.
"He's in that building! Doesn't look like he is doing to good" One of the Kakushi replied.
Another one of the Kakushi was carrying Tanjiro out of the building, Zenitsu, Inosuke and Nezuko watched him be carried out, relieved that he wasn't dead... although he had some sort of distortion on his face.
The kakushi laid Tanjiro down onto the floor, checked his pulse. No response, They checked again. No response but he seemed to be breathing. So what was going on?

In Tanjiro's Head:
"Tanjiro, Do you realise how special you are?" Muzan asked.
"I want to go back, to everybody" He said ignoring the question.
"Why would you want to go back? What could they possibly do for you?" Muzan replied.
"They need me." He replied sternly.
"If they need you then why am I not hearing yelling and screaming of your name?" Muzan said smirking.
"They couldn't possibly give you all this power, you are unique, you are better than them." Muzan said manipulating Tanjiro into turning into a demon.
Tanjiro felt tired, so tired, even though he didn't want to give in, he couldn't take it anymore and just like that..... he gave in

A couple minutes passed before Tanjiro started making these growling noises, he stood up and took a fighting stance.
"Tanjiro!!" Inosuke yelled, he started to tremble, his comrade turned into this thing... the only one who understood him.
The dark-haired demon started to run towards the Kakushi, Giyuu moved quick enough to swing his sword but it did nothing and in that instance, he got slashed in the face.
Tanjiro grew stronger, by each and every single second.
"You can never get to my level! You can NEVER be like me, PATHETIC WASTES OF LIFE!" He yelled at all of them in rage.
Nezuko ran towards her brother. She knew that he didn't want this but it was too much for him. She knew that he gave in because of his tired, weak, body.
Nezuko grabbed onto him, hugging him not even caring if she died at that moment.
"Please. Come back..." She said, starting to cry.
