After school, i had to rush to aunt mariam's house because i didnt see Aliya in school today which was ubsard.. so when i reached at their home, i gave her and auntie salaams and asked her why she didnt come but she acted nervous which scared me..she told me to go to her room and wait for her....i reached and after some minutes she was there..
" what is happening? aliya" i asked her.." i dont even know where to start from but it all concerns you.." by this i was getting scared and anxious and told her to spill it all.." well,..aaa....yesterday i over heard my mum talking to someone on the phone and she mentioned your name.." what do u mean my name?..." yes i heard my mum say that your daughter is great and she is okay" ' i think she was telling the other person about you sam" aliya said.".this is so confussing aliya "i said
"ikr.. especially the part of ' your daughter ' '' said aliya
" maybe it was just an aunt that i dont know about" i said trying to think of any explanation.
"no sam, i know for sure it was you they were talking about and mum said something about you not remebering anything and that you only get nightmares of what happened but you dont know what it means"
it was true .. i had talked to aliya's mum about my dream and she told me not to worry about anything..well then aliya, i guess we have some things to find out...
"you got that right bae" said aliya
i chuckled because of the choice of words since its typical of her to used the words if it comes to any mysteries
well then i have to go home before my aunt start thinking the worse of me.. bye aliya and see you tomorow at school for more data....
And with that i was on my way back home with alot of questions in my mind as to who was the person aunt mariam was talking to....
i knew that only one person could help me get information out of my evil aunt and that was non other than james
when i reached home , i was happy that auntie wasnt home and i rushed to jame's room but to my horror i found him packing his suite case.." what are you doing jamy?, where are you going ? you cant leave me alone james. at this time i was scared of his answer
" calm down samy,, dont cry but i have to go to boston. i got a scholarship due to my basketball ball skills and i cant loose this chance for anythig in this world.. you know how much i care for you but basketball ball is my dream ..am sorry samy but take care of yourself..' he said all this with out looking at me in the eye which means that there is something he isnt telling me..
james..? do you know anything about my parents and my life when i was young, do you know why i cant remember anything from my childhood?.. with this question he looked at me in the face to look for any emotions but i was dead serious and i gave him the "i dare you to lie to me look'
"where are al the questions com ing from samy, have you started to remember anything..? he was som worried that he even stopped packing..
today aliya heard her mum talk to some body about me which made me curious james.. am tired of being kept in the dark..
