Gurdian of the DC Omniverse

This is an idea that started as an over powered self-insert but has changed beyond that. Some background: in DC there are these beings/ family called the endless: Destiny, Death, Dream, Destruction, Desire, Despair, and Delirium; who are the most powerful being in DC comics because: they are above any god in DC as gods cease to exist when mortal stop believing in them but as long as sentient life exist so too will the Endless plus gods are created in the realm of Dream, and Death of the Endless comes for everyone even herself eventually. However they are not fully immortal as Dream and Despair have died. Like in futurama the universe(s) is/are on an endless loop when the universe ends the big bang happens again starting the cycle all over again; there's proof this has happened at least once as the Green lanterns once faced an enemy who was from a past version of the universe. One last thing for anyone who hasn't heard there's a version of the multiverse called the dark multiverse where worlds are destined to be destroyed because they're too dark/dangerous. With that out of the way here's how the story basically after the death of Dream and Despair, and a bunch of other events that nearly destroyed/mess up the Multiverse/Omniverse the main character was charged by the endless to make sure the Multiverse/Omniverse was kept in order. The main character is a verse of Bart allen aka Impulse he's OP as he's not only the grandson of the Flash but he's grandmother on his mother's side is Supergirl. He's be in at least 50 different version of the universe as such he's got tech that will never be made normally before the universe ends. He also can supercharge him as he made artificial green sun radiation ( for those who don't know yellow stars give Superman his powers and blue stars make him twice as strong so in my mind green stars would make him three times as strong because it's a combination of the two). He also has a team that he assembled to help him and and they are immune to the universe's destruction as well. His team is Phantom a dude with a Phantom Lantern ring which has every Lantern Corps power that has or will exist but only he can wield the ring because if anyone else try to wield is there brain would be overloaded with emotions Phantom can wield it because he lacks the parts of the brain that dictate emotions. A gender swap version of John Constantine (don't know why I came up) who wears the helmet of Doctor fate who is the most powerful magic user to ever exist, Red beetle: a Scarab user like Blue beetle. These next few are friends Bart meet of his travels and gave powers to one dude is Edward jack who he gave the Mobius chair ( device that gives whoever sits in it access to the infinite knowledge it has) he also has New gods one from New Genesis and one from Apokolips so he could have access to Mother boxes (New Genesis tech) and Father boxes (Apokolips tech).
