A beautiful night for blood shed, as the stars dance above the wounded Yaksha, a melody rings in the corrupt boy's ears.
"Where is that coming from..?" He muttered under his breath. There on a rock in Guyun, a boy, with a delicate frame, he seemed as if he was at peace with the gentle breeze, rustling his hair. He had deep blue hair, fading into a glowing aquamarine colour. His song sounded sympathetic, as if it forgave the sins the Yaksha committed over all those millenia.
Flowing water swayed beneath the yaksha, as he listened to the deep-blue to teal haired boys song with anticipation.
The melody concluded as the blue haired boy turned around to face the dark teal haired boy. He separated his lips to speak.
"Hey! I noticed you a long time ago," His lips curving into a gentle smile.
"H-how did you notice?" The Yaska fired back cautiously and eagerly.
"Well.. I guess I just have keen senses, eh?"
I don't understand how this... guy? I think... found me ou- his thoughts were cut off by the other boys voice."Or.. maybe the wind just told me.. who knows? Ehe~"
The.. wind? Is this guy some kind of God? An archon, maybe? Why would an archon be out here? The Yaksha bombarded himself with questions, in which none he could answer. He didn't notice he was staring at the boy, looking into his dreamy green-ish blue eyes that just captivated the golden eyed boy."Hm? Are you gonna say something? Or just stare?" He giggled slightly.
"O-oh.. my apologies.." Xiao thought the boys voice was.. cute? Not just his voice though, but his hair that was loosely tied into two braids, the way he held the Dihua flute so delicately as if it was the most fragile object in Teyvat. No, Xiao had no time for love in his life.
"Oh, no no! Don't apologize! Come sit with me if you would like, since you seem exhausted," He replied to the Yaksha. Xiao thought about his duties as a Yaksha, but Rex Lapis even told him to take a small break from time to time, so he took up the boys offer. The teal haired boy took a seat next to him. "Hey, I never got your name, mind telling me what it is?"
"We won't meet again after this, so whats the point," Xiao protested.
"Well I'll properly intoduce myself so you feel more comfortable," The mysterious boy spoke up. "My name is Venti! I'm also the anemo archon! I trust you won't tell anyone that," Venti asserted "You seem.. fairly familiar, now that I see you up close.. oh, yeah! You're the Yaksha that blockhead talks about!"
So he is an archon like I thought, but.. blockhead? Does he mean Rex Lapis?!
"Do not speak of Rex Lapis in that way," Xiao remarked sternly. Xiao then noticed his tone and apologized at once "oh, I apologize." Venti scooted a little closer to the Yaksha.
"Don't worry it's alright," the archon reassured. Xiao felt as if he could easily warm up to the beautiful God and tell him everything, as if he was the most trust worthy person Xiao knew.
"And by the way, my name.. it's Xiao.. " Xiao swayed tiredly as he spoke. Though one thing he did not expect was the archon allowing Xiaos head to rest on his shoulder. The god took off the cape he was wearing, that was mainly green but had a few intricate patterns, and laid it onto Xiao since he seemed cold. The wind God had ran a hand through the Yakshas teal hair, slightly ruffling it, admiring his golden eyes as they flutter closed. He took out the Dihua flute and started playing a melody that could soothe any corrupt soul.
"Sweet dreams, Xiao.." He whispered as he placed a loving kiss on the teal haired boys forehead.
