Happily married and having recently celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary, one aspect of our close relationship we were yet to explore remained, something I had desired for many years now. The idea of my wife being intimate with another man was something I began to fantasise about a few years after we married. My wife however didn't share the same sentiment although never really discounted the idea completely. We have discussed the topic many times over the years however my wife has remained reluctant, worried that it may adversely change our relationship forever. Understanding her concerns I rarely raised the topic in conversation, that is until recently. Following our anniversary I took the opportunity to raise the notion once more, carefully explaining that my desire hadn't changed and if anything had only grown. After much discussion and reassurance that I will always love her, she seemed to be considering the prospect, maybe realising what it meant to me. In all our conversations I made it clear that I wouldn't coerce her into anything that she didn't believe she would enjoy, that is, the decision had to be of her own free will. We agreed that if at any stage during the experience she didn't wish to continue, we would stop without question. My wife made it clear that she needed to feel safe and therefore I had to be present.
