I was walking home from school and saw a mustang coming down the road, thought they promised not to be in our Territory again. I continued walking And just tried to ignore them. When I got home darry was in the living room waiting for me "your late" darry got up and went to the kitchen to start dinner "sorry" I said and left to my room. Me and soda share a room, it's annoying at times but it's easier then most people think. The new kid at school today was definitely a soc and nothing else, he came up to me at lunch and asked where the bathroom was. We talked a while, he said his family moved for work. He was handsome, chocolate brown hair and green eyes. He was tall and had a strong build. He looked good, and had not a single smell of smoke. And his lips looked soft and smooth, he told me his name is mark. I sat on my bed and forced myself not to think about Johnny, dally, or even mark.
The next morning I got ready for school and was off. I was excited to see mark but since he lives in soc territory it probably won't work between us, a friendships out of the question. But still I can hopefully try. I walked down the halls of school and looked around awhile, then I saw his handsome face. And oh god did his lips look soft...and now I feel like I'm a girl... fuck my life. I have to calm myself down. "Hey ummm?" He looked at me questioning "ponyboy" I answered "hey ponyboy, how are you doing?" He asked me happily "I'm...fine" I answered slowly, I hope he didn't notice...but he probably did since the way he looked at me.
