Chapter 1
Haunted the 2nd book of Enchanting
“Hey so what are you doing?” Jaden asks down the phone.
“Not much I’m going to get ready for the concert tonight,”
“Cool. I need to talk to you Sam where can I meet you?” What? We need to talk???
“Er, my flat I’m in there now? Or we could get an ice cream?”
“Your flat would be better,” I can hear his breath against the phone and it makes my heart skip a beat.
“Bye Jaden love you,”
“Bye Sam,” He doesn’t say love you. Anymore.
An hour later
Jaden knocks twice on the door. I run from the living room and grab it. Not that any one else will. I live on my own now.
“Hey Jaden,” He smiles. I reach towards him, grab his waist and kissing him long and hard.
“Hey... Sam,” I take his hand and lead him into the living room. We sit on the couch and for a while we just kiss but then I pull away.
“You were going to say?” I ask. “I need to meet Riley and Ash for the concert,” He nods slowly. But doesn’t do anything for another ten minutes as we’re kissing desperately for each other.
“I found someone else,” He tells me slowly.
“Who?” I ask. Because I knew this was coming.
“Your younger sister Madison, met me at the park with some of my mates,”
“My sister?” There are rules you know?
“Well we where talking about stuff like university and we got on really well and I liked her. She admitted she liked me we decided a date, we’ve been going out for a month. She thought it was time to tell you,”
My eyes widen. A month?
“You... cheated... on …. me,” I stammer. He moves his hand further up my leg.
“I’m sorry,”
“GET YOUR HAND OFF ME!” I scream. He removes it quickly. Thank God.
“Well I thought you had on me, Ash said you had been in contact with Ryan,”
“Yeah to invite him to my birthday in a month, just cause we went out,”
“I’m sorry Sam,”
“A month? With my sister?”
“Well you didn’t seem to want anymore, I mean no kids, no marriage,”
“I’m only 20!”
“My cousin’s girlfriend is pregnant, she’s 18,”
“Well that was their mistake, don’t compare our relationships to others cause they have nothing to do with anyone else. Especially not my sister!” I begin to yell.
“WELL AT LEAST SHE WANTS KIDS, A FAMILY, MARRIAGE UNLIKE YOU, YOU UNORGANISED BITCH!”
My lips tighten.
“Jaden-” He looks up, he’s trying to control his rage.
“Yes, bitch?”
“Get out of my house!”
“Why should I?”
“ If your going to make my SISTER pregnant!”
“I said it was undecided,”
“I ban you from her life! You bastard!”
“You can’t do that!”
“I’M SURE SHE’D BE THANKFUL YOU HAIRY PIECE OF SHIT!” I push him out the door. Without giving him his bag.
“My bag,” He says. He peers through the window. I stamp on it and chuck it into the fire.
“That’s what I think of you and WE’RE DONE! Even if valentines day is TODAY!” His eyes widen. He forgot. I text Maddi
Sam:
Y r u going out with my boyfriend?
Maddi:
I’m not going out with him. We just made out.

Chapter 1 part 2
I change into my Bieber t-shirt and run out of the house with Ash and Riley.
“I dumped him today,” I tell Riley. Her eyes widen.
“Why?”
“You didn’t know?”
“No,”
“He cheated on me with my younger sister for a month,”
“WHAT?! I AM SO SPEAKING TO HIM TODAY!”
“Ok, but she’s just using him,” Ash looks at us both like we’re loons.
“Guys enjoy the bieberness,” She grins. I smile
“BIEBERRRRRR!”
“God you guys are so immature,” Riley doesn’t like Justin Bieber.
“Whatever!” I yell.
We get into the concert in the 4th row. We scream through the first half.

It was so scary so here me and Sam are screaming at the tops of our voices.When she falls, straight down on to the floor. She is fallen in front of a guy. Jaden. He knocks her head against the side of the chair. She lets out a gasp and doesn’t open her eyes...
Everyone stopped, froze. Whatever you want to call it. The security guards pulled Jaden out of the 02, I scream for someone to help her. Justin stops singing, the music carries on. The fans all shut up. Her head is bleeding. Eugh. They call the nurse people and they call an ambulance. Crap. Riley looks manic. Her brother did this.
“SAM!” I yell. She doesn’t look up. I expect her to hop up and smile, instead she lies broken on a stretcher. Even Justin looks shocked. He signals the music people to cut it. Sam doesn’t wake up.
“Whose with her?” A lady asks. Me and Riley run over to her. “I need to take her to the hospital, do you have your own cars?” We shake our heads. Only Riley has her license and that’s cause she’s 22. “Come with me girls,” We run to an ambulance.
“One minute,” Justin whispers. I didn’t realise he was behind us. My heart stops.
“Text me when she’s ok yeah?” He asks. He types his phone number on my phone. He smiles.
“Thanks,”
“No problem,” Riley says and we run to get into the ambulance.
