Camerons POV
So it's been a day since my mom told me and Brooke about how she only has 30 days to live.. I honestly can't believe this is happening I can't lose my mom like I lost my dad.
I know I am going to have to stay strong for Brookes though... She would probably be depressed if it wasn't for Hayes always cheering her up
She always is happy when he is around. I ship them so hard and they are bond to get married when they are older but for now they just are best friends..
Brookes actually likes one of my friends name Shawn he is 16 and I approve of her liking him. He is so freaking sweet to her.
Anyways Brooke, mom, and I are going to the beach today and just get some family time in and I cannot wait! Even though I will probably end up swimming the whole time
it will still be fun walking to the beach with them
Brookes POV
"Brooke hop on my back" Cameron says as he walks in front of me and bends down so I can jump on his back
"Okay okay" I said laughing as I jump on his back
We were walking to the beach with mom.. We lived about 2 blocks away from it which is nice. This is why I love living in Cali
"So what all are we going to do on the beach?" Cam asks mom
"Well I was thinking we could lay out for a bit and then some of my girlfriends are going to meet us here so once they get here you and Brookes can go run around and find your guys friends cause I'm sure they are here" She replied back
She is right they all were coming besides Hayes since he is still at camp... Least Shawn is coming..
Oh Shawn.. Just thinking about him gives me butterflies he is just so perfectttt.. The way he talks and omg the way he sings is just so beautiful.
I have done a deut with him at one of the Magcon events in Nashville awhile back and it was amazing.. That's when I started falling for him..
I'm not sure if he likes me but I really hope so.. I kinda feel bad though because Hayes gets a little jealous of Shawn but he has nothing to worry about Hayes will always be my bestfriend no matter who I date I won't forget about him
"Earth to Brooklyn" Cameron says and I notice that I was in the sand.. I must've fell off of his back not even noticing Ooppss hehe
"Sorry I was just daydreaming" I said giggling and grabbing my beach towel and laying it out
"Well I'm going to go swim while you guys tan for a little bit" Cameron says running into the water but as he was running he tripped and fell and luckily I was just on vine and got it on video.. Perfect moment
I uploaded it and said "Looks like someone got a little too excited about going to the beach today" It got a lot of revines, comments, and likes and I put my phone away and layed down by my mom
We just layed there and talked for about 1 hour until someone tapped on my shoulders
"Hey Brooke wanna go swimming now?" Cameron asked
I looked at my mom and she nodded saying I could since her friends were walking up
"I'll see you kids at home later tonight, have fun" my mom said giving us hugs and saying she loves us and we say it back.. We do this every time she leaves now cause you never know..
"I bet I can beat you to the ocean" Cams says
"Oh yeah says the boy who tripped and fell while he was running last time" I said giggling
"You saw that?" Cameron asked embarrassed
"Yeppp, and so did the whole world" I replied starting to run away
"OH NO YOU DIDN'T" Cameron yelled chasing me
As I was running I was looking back at Cameron
"YOU WILL NEVER CATC.." and then I ran into someone and fell down
"Oh my gosh I am so sorry" I said looking up at the person
"Oh it's fine Brookie" the boy said and I looked at him confused
He helped me up and then I realized it was Shawn
"Oh my I didn't even know that was you cause the sun was so bright" I said kind of embarrassed hugging Shawn
"I'm sorry for running into you" I said
"It's fine, I wouldn't mind having you run into me everyday" Shawn said winking.. Oh my is this boy trying to kill
"Oh stop it Shawnnn" I said blushing trying to hid my face behind my hands
"Why are you trying to hid your face? I love it when you blush" He said grabbing my hand from my face then he got closer to me still holding my hands and started to lean in
"BROOKE WATCH OUT" Yelled Matt one of Cams friends but it was to late and I felt something hit the back of my head and then I fell down and hit something hard on the ground and then everything went black...
Ooooo what's going to happen next? Of course it had to be right when they were about to kiss. Bunch of bs I hate myself sometimes lololol
