I soon approached my dad and smiled. we got to the car and the rest of the way home was silent. an awkward silence really. when we got home I walked up to my old room not much had changed, actually not one thing has changed. the only thing that happened while I was gone was the dust.. it collected fast. I heard a call from my dad he wanted to talk to me. before I went down I looked in my mirror I still had my blonde hair and blue eyes and I was really small for my age but I was tall so I guess that has a little to do with my weight. I went down the stairs it was a good size house maybe bigger than normal I saw my dad in the kitchen he was leaning over bills with his glasses on. "hey dad, you called me" I said. "yea.. I called you down I think it's time to talk about school" he replied. That was funny because I forgot about school and I didn't really get along with people fast so It really didn't come to mind. "yea I guess that's what normal family's do, but we really aren't really normal now are we" I say, I see the stunned look on my fathers face and regret what I say but don't move to show emotion. he straightens himself clearly trying to hide the hurt in his face. I then say "yea school sounds fine" he replies "ok then you will be going to gravewood high" I just nod and return upstairs. I hope school will be calm and not like my last school it had to much drama... I will finish unpacking and go to bed because I had school tomorrow and plus it was 10:53 pm. then I heard a pebble hit my window.
