"stay away please"

The guard mumbled, trying to move away the people from crowding around their giggling luna.

"hello,"

The omega greeted softly making the people around him greet back. Jungkook placed a soft hand on the guard's bicep, the beta freezing under his touch, as a way of asking him to leave the people alone.

Taehyung growled, his protective instincts kicking in as he immediately removed jungkook's small hand from the beta's hand and intertwined their fingers together. Jungkook along with the people around them giggled at his possessiveness, but the alpha gave zero fucks, his face neutral.

The two were currently in the town, the elder Kim couple insisting that their people should get to know more about their Luna. Plus it was also a way to cheer the omega up as his parents and his hyungs (Jin, Joon, Yoon) had left two night ago back to moonstone.

And taehyung was more than glad his bubbly jungkook was back because he could not bear looking at his omega so sad.

A little boy squeezed through the crowed, now looking at jungkook with sparkling eyes. Jungkook laughed crouched down infront of him, giving him a sweet bunny smile, the people around them watching with huge smiles at how nice their Luna was.

"hello"

Jungkook held his hand out, cooing when he received a toothless smile in return.

"hewo"

He greeted cutely. Instead of shaking his hand, the boy wrapped his hands around jungkook's neck, hugging him. The pack members held their breaths, thinking their Luna would get mad, especially the boy's parents.

But they all sighed in relief when jungkook's smile widened and he hugged the smaller body close to him. Taehyung chuckled when jungkook stood up with the boy in him arms, the omega passing him a wide smile with his eyes conveying the message of 'lookie!'

Taehyung nodded and wrapped an arm around his omega's shoulder and ruffled the boy's hair who was sniffing jungkook's neck intently, loving the motherly pheromones he has started releasing subconsciously.

The females led him further into the town, the kid still in his arms. They showed him different things, from earrings to dresses, jungkook's eyes only sparkling as he looked at all the things.

"Luna! These would suit you so well!"

A she beta came forward with a pair of rings, the stones on it shimmering under the sunlight. Taehyung watched as jungkook's pretty fingers got decorated with the rings.

He took his hand into his once she was done putting the rings on his fingers. Jungkook wiggled his fingers a few times, the simple sight making taehyung's heart a blob.

"these look good, we'll take them"

Taehyung said with a nod, letting the rings rest on jungkook's fingers. Taehyung asked his guard to pay her, moving on to the next shop. The kid had fallen asleep in jungkook's hold, his scent being too good for his little wolf.

"alpha, Luna these are for you, freshly picked out"

A man said, handing them a basket full of fresh looking strawberries making taehyung's eyes lit up. Taehyung tipped his head forward, as a small bow of acknowledgement, before handing the basket to the guards behind them that already had their hands full of different gifts from the villagers.

"Luna,"

The mother of the boy in came forward, her hands held out to take the boy back as they were leaving back to the palace.

"ah!"

Jungkook quickly bent forward, letting the woman take her kid back. But the boy whined and clung closer to the omega. Taehyung smiled at the sight, his mind drifting off to when they would have pups of their own.

His scent got warmer, jungkook smiling warmly as he understood what he was thinking about. The omega slowly detached his hands from around his neck and handed the pup back to his mother.

"let's go?"

Jungkook looked at him and nodded. The alpha helped his omega onto his chocolate brown horse, before getting onto it himself, behind jungkook.

He snacked his arms around jungkook's hips and took hold of the reins, slightly jerking them so that the horse would move.

The ride to the castle was quite long as taehyung had to stop in the middle to take care of some things. While taehyung got off the horse, jungkook managed to turn around the his horse, now facing its back.

"my love, why are you sitting like that?"

Taehyung asked, his hand resting on jungkook's thigh while jungkook only giggled mischievously.

"get on to the horse, my alpha. You'll get to know"

Jungkook booped his nose making Taehyung scrunch his face into a funny expression making his omega laugh. He sighed as he took a glance back to where some of his officials were talking.

"just a little more my love, and we'll get back home"

Jungkook pouted with a sigh and nodded. Taehyung kissed his hand sweetly before walking away towards the other alphas. The omega tucked his hands under his thighs as he was starting to get cold.

A shiver ran down his spine as his teeth clattered, the cold breeze starting to blow. Taehyung jogged towards him and got onto the horse swiftly. Although there was more to discuss, his omega was getting cold and tired so his meetings could wait.

Jungkook smiled cutely before hugging taehyung.

"this is why"

Taehyung chuckled and untied his robe, wrapping it around his cute omega and tied it up again. Jungkook sighed and slipped his hands inside taehyung's clothes, sighing again in content when his cold hands touched his warm back.

"comfortable?"

Jungkook only nodded, yawning before he closed his eyes. Taehyung gave his hair a sweet kiss before he jerked the reins again, the horse starting.

And it was no surprise when taehyung found jungkook fast asleep against his chest. With a little effort, he managed to get down the horse without waking his omega up. He knew the male was drained since morning, having to walk pretty much the entire town.

None of them were hungry, they had quite a lot of snacks in the town, all of them offering them something or the other to impress their Luna.
Taehyung layed his omega on their bed, changing him into much more comfortable clothes while the omega only whined here and there.

Quickly changing himself, he too got onto the bed beside jungkook, his husband latching onto him without delay.

"sleep well, my love"

Taehyung said through a soft smile. He sighed happily and enclosed his hands around his omega, closing his own eyes before falling into a deep slumber himself.

His entire being being content with his omega in his arms.

Very weird ending, I know

So I was on writer's block for the past few days, hence my absence 💀 but I guess this is the end of this weird ass book cuz I have nothing else to write about. I will post a few more bonus chapters here and then but not as frequently. Hope you liked this book!
