Honey's P.O.V.

"Get a room already."

Charlie and I both turned around swiftly to confront a guy who was staring at both of us with raged orbs. I looked at him in fear as he was none other than my new bully or rather I should say the reason of my dread these days, Ethan Brooks.

"WHAT THE-"

Charlie yelled and charged at him making me startled.

"No Charlie, stop please."

I immediately held his arms stopping him. Charlie turned around and looked at me in anger.

"What are you doing Honey-"

I shook my head in denial, silently pleading him through my eyes. Charlie groaned. He then grabbed my hand and dragged me along with him to the class. As soon as we reached class, he immediately jerked my hands.

"Explain!" Charlie growled as he crossed his arms over his chest. I averted my gaze down.

"Charlie, please stay away from him. He's not a good guy." I came up with the best excuse only to make him scoff at the pathetic choice of words.

"So? Let him talk shit about us." Charlie retorted back. I sighed. I then enveloped his large hands in my soft ones and spoke softly.

"Let him talk shits. He is a bad guy, we aren't. Silence is the best way to ignore these filthy rich jerks. We are here to study Charlie, not to fight with brats." I smiled which allayed his temper somehow.

"I don't understand your theories sometimes. But you're right." Charlie said while exhaling loudly. I chuckled.

"Boss is always right." I crossed my arms and spoke in a dramatic way.

Both of us burst into laughter. Charlie then ruffled my hair. I also smiled and we both sat down. Soon the class started as usual but the thing which bothered me a little was that Ethan didn't come to class today.

I know I have definitely hit my head somewhere as I should be happy about this. But I was feeling a little bit anxious about his absence. Moreover, the look which I saw in his obsidian orbs, his deadly expression which somewhat had a tint of jealousy seemed a bit....

'familiar to me'

Exactly those blood-red black eyes, clenched razor sharp jaw and dark expressions made me remember someone whom I never want to remember.

Maybe I am thinking too much. I just shrugged that thought away and continued with the lecture.

11:00 a.m.

I was heading towards my department for the next class. There was no one in the hallway which made me a little scared.

Suddenly I heard squeaking of boots from behind. I ignored it and kept walking ahead but it just got louder and louder. I increased my pace a little and was about to take the stairs when someone grabbed my right elbow from behind. Before my mind could register things, I was forcefully pushed inside a dark room.

"AHHH!!!"

I screamed my lungs out in fear. I closed my eyes tightly as I was too much terrified. A hot minty breath fanned near my lips which escalated my already racing heartbeat. Suddenly a deep, husky voice rang in my ears.

"So, you're planning to ignore me, Honeybun?"

The words snatched the ground beneath my feet. I almost forgot how to breathe hearing that thick baritone.
