So this is waterfall? I thought I would see. A waterfall. Well there is one there. Looks beautiful. Even when this 0 is blue and glowing. I love it here. I continue walking. I saw Chara. How did she? Wasn't she? She sees me. Chara: "hey there. Nice scar" yeah. I think I look cool with it. Even if it hurts. I walked up to her as she place her hand on it. "Uh. Chara?" Chara: "does it hurt? Looks like the blood is dry up" she. Worried? But. Her hand. Even with gloves on. They feel. Safe. I. Want to hold them. She move it away. Chara: "don't worry. It will be alright" why do I miss her touch? God I'm weird. "Well. Asriel gave it to me. I know he didn't mean it. But I forgive him" chara: "I'm glad. He thankful for you accepting him as a friend. As well am I. Your special. It been years the last time any human has showed kindness. But it mom that you are going to have to be warn about. She thinks kindness is a weakness. She treat all monsters with a family kindness. She never seen anyone showed a different kindness" this place is having it hard. Chara: "that why I'm going to help you" help me? Chara: "honestly. It find being nice. I also think your cool as well. So I'm going to help you. Beside. Mom tough. You are going need help to beat her" I hope that means make her understand. "Ok! I accept your help!" (Chara rejoins the party)
Chara: "alright. You lead on. I'll follow" I nodded. With chara here. I know things will be alright. With chara we can do it. I than started walking with chara behind me. I looked around this place. It beautiful. I looked up. Are those stars? They looks. Beautiful. Chara: "looking up at the crystals? They act as the stars down here. Some monsters wanted to know what the stars are like. I would like to see them someday" Sound like she wants to be free. I wonder why can't they leave? Don't tell me the barrier was a true thing? How do they get there technology? We continue ahead until we got to a part with tall grass. It so tall. I step ahead until Chara stop me. Chara: "shhhh" she told me as she slowly pulls me towards the tall grass. We hide inside. I hear another voice? ???: "hm. He a bit late. I hope nothing happen to him" it sound like a women's voices. Asriel: "sorry I was late!" Is that asriel voice? ???: "asriel! I was worried something happen to you" asriel: "oh come on mom! I'm strong! I can Handly my self!" I looked at Chara who was trying not to giggle. ???: "I know. So where is she?" Asriel: "oh. The human? I uh. Couldn't. Capture them. Sorry" ???: "it alright. They didn't hurt you did they?" Asriel: "no. Actually. I hurt them. But they didn't hold it against me. They smiled" chara looked at me and winked. I blushed. She is doing that on purpose? ???: "they. Smiled? What a strange human. Is there kindness real? I'll have to see for my self. Are they on there way here?" Asriel: "they already left so they must be up a head. Please dont hurt her mom. She really nice and accepted me as a friend. If you just talk to her than you will see!" He sound really worried. ???: "I will. And I'll make sure to keep my promise about your father as well. Just been busy you know" asriel: "your so cool mom! I love you!" It makes me smile that he happy for his mother. It reminds me about my mom. How she. When I. No. I can't think of that. ???: "remember to call if anything happens. I may call you wanting to know more about them" it sound like he a spy. I'm still going to be honest with him. I never like to lie. I I hear them leave. Asriel: "I'm sorry if you guys have to hear that" wait. He knew we were here!? Chara: "you know I knew that you knew we were here" asriel: "did not!" Chara: "do too a thousand" asriel: "damn it! He really nice. Well time to get going. "Ready to go?" Chara was quiet. "Chara" than she hold out her phone. Chara: "c-can I have your number?" Why did she say it like that? "Ok!" We exchanged numbers "there we go! Let go!" Chara: "why don't you have a sleep? I mean. Asriel battke must have taking awhile. You must be tired" she has a point. I'm trying to keep my eyes open. "But wouldn't monsters attack me while I sleep?" Chara: "dont worry. I'll keep a eye out" I smiled. I than lie on the ground. Hoping I can fall a sleep. Eyes closing.
Chara pov.
I can hear her snoring. She deserve it. I mean. I didn't thought she could do it. I mean. Asriel own power. Vs kindness. Power would have won. But kindness. It makes you think if hurting someone that does fight is right. She reminds me of my self. But I was always a fighter. When growing up. You have to know how to throw a punch. I was someone no ones was to mess with. But as I look at her. She must have went though alot just to prove that kindness is powerful. She really brave. I may as well keep a eye out. I summon my big knife. Asriel always ask how I can lift this thing and swing it when he can't. I don't know how but I'm used to it. It cool as well. I still have alot more moves but I wont use them. After all. I have to listen to her. I looked at her. For a girl she really is cute. I don't know why but she rocking that scar. She looks peaceful sleeping. Great now I'm saying weird stuff. I have no idea what the hell I am saying. I never been like this in years. Is this? Love? Hell no! That even weird! Love? I never felt that before. Why now. This is so weird. Frisk: "no" hm? Did she say something? She tossing and turning. Jesus. I haven't seen this when asriel used to fight while he sleeps. Lucky falling off the bed woke him up. But she sweating. Alot! Frisk pov.
Damn it. She shouldn't have been there. Now she going to want to know. No one should be burden with my past. No one. Chara: "hey. Incoming" hm? Looks like a battle coming up. May as well get it over with. We spare the monsters in the end. We continue forwards. I did a puzzle. I see mushrooms that if you touch them. They glow. And if you touch them again. They don't glow. What weird mushrooms. We got to a dark area. Chara: "there still no torches here? Here. Hold my hand" hold. Her hand? I blushed. "O-ok" I grab her hand. I blushed madly. Good thing it dark. Than fire appeared. Lighting the way. Chara: "mom?" She looked around. We continue walking. We went though a tall grass. Came out the other side. Chara: "looks like mom was watching out for us" how nice of her. We than walked ahead. I looked around more. I can smell the sweet smell of water. I sat down and looked over the water. It sparkling. Chara: "what wrong?" She sat down. "I just. Want to look at this" looking at this. Reminds me of a memory from long ago. We sat there for a bit. "Can I. Tell you something. Promise that you won't tell anyone" I think she should know. Chara: "sure. If you trust me" even if we only met a day ago. I feel like I can trust her with anything. "I have a father and mother. We were happy. My mom was smart. My dad. He was a business man. We were happy. Sometime we would go to places. And smile. Than one day. I went into her room. I wanted to show her something. I made it. But when I open the door. She was standing on the desk. Her head had a rope around it. Than she ended up pushing the desk back. I can hear her choking. But i stand there. Watching her. We made it to a part of waterfall that raining. Chara grab a umbrella. She gave it to me. The feel of water hitting me. It like a cold shower. We continue walking. I like the sound of the water. It just so. Peaceful. I than see a staute. Chara: "looks like it still there. I don't know much of it. It was there when i got here" it looks. Sad. Even the rain drop makes it sad. I went up to it and gave it the umbrella. Chara: "why did you do that?" Do I need a reason? "It looked sad" we than hear a music. It coming from the statue. This music. It has a sad feeling. But as it goes. It becomes feel of hope. Like there is light in the darkness. But. Is there? Chara: "come on. Let go" I nodded. I had the music playing in my head. it sound. Catche. At least the rain does bother us. We continue walking until we got to a dead end. Chara: "great. It still a dead end" than she pick me up. "C-chara!" Chara: "hold on" than she zoom right up. Holy shit! She landed on her feet. Chara: "there we go. Your good?" A bit freak out. "I'm Ok. Just surprised" I mean. I never went fast in my life. Anyway she put me down which was a bit embarrassing. We continue ahead. We walked on a wooden platform. We got to the end of the platform. "Was this supposed to end here?" She was silent. Chara: "no. Because this is a trap. Right mom?" Mom? I than see her walking out from behind us. Chara stands infront of me. Toriel: "hello child. My name is toriel. Im the captain of the ultimate guards. I heard of you from asriel and the other monsters. Kindness. Something I haven't heard of in years" so that toriel. She huge! Her armor must have seen alot of battle. I see alot of battle marks all over it. She must be really strong. She even have a eye patch too. Toriel: "yes even if they say that. I still don't believe it. So if you could. Peaceful. Come with me" should I? I mean. She sound nice. Chara: "what are you going to do with her?" Is Chara. Worried? Toriel: "I'm. Just going to talk to her. No need to worry Chara" toriel step forwards. Chara didn't move. Toriel: "Chara. Please" chara: "your going to hurt her. Hurt this kind human!" Wait. Is she serious! Toriel: "Chara. I know you may think that but I'm doing what right. Me and you know that if any human falls down while we are experiencing this new thing. They could kill us" chara: "I'm not going to let you! She the first thing in the underground that showed kindness! She even show kindness to asriel even when he wanted to force to capture her!" Wait. She saw that. Toriel: "I know. But she could end us! Thr whole reason why we continue to get stronger so that we all can protect our selfs! I don't want to do this but if I have to chose between the child and monsters. I would chose monster. So step aside" she walks closer. Chara: "if you give her a chance maybe she will open your eyes. But I know that your only doing it by the kings orders" she looked surprised. Toriel: "how did you know!? Were you spying on him again!" Chara: "I dont do it because of what he nearly did to me. I do it so I know what plans he has for the underground. And I'm not going to let you hurt her!" She ready that big knife of hers. Toriel: "Chara. I don't want to hurt you" chara: "I'm not going to hurt you either. Just going to get away from you" than she cut the platform we were standing on. Toriel: "no!!" We started falling. Chara: "hold on!!" I hold on to her as we fall. Please! I dont want to die yet! I still have to show these monsters kindness! I can feel my self blacking out. My head. Is dizzy. "Chara" I close my eyes as I black out.
