I woke up around 9:18 and it took a moment for my brain to clear the sleepy cobwebs and remember about my watch. It took a lot of willpower to restrain myself from curling up in a ball and errupting into a mess of tears. I looked at my watch and saw it said 6:15:42. Less than seven days left now.
I slowly pulled myself out from under my cozy warm covers and sat up, trying to decide what I was going to do with the rest of my short life. It wasn't likely that I'd see Lilac again and I wasnt going to spend the next week hopelessly searching for her. And I could go off by myself and do something crazy, but all I really wanted was my friends- Clara and Dolton. And I guess Hunter too.
After a few phone calls to Mr. John and the Wantor high school, I got all three of my friends out of school for a week.
So, I got my friends out of school, but now what? I had an idea of what I wanted to do, but Clara definately wouldn't like it.

"Where the heck are we going?" Clara asked me for the billionth time.
"You'll see," I said with a smirk. She huffed and turned back to the window. After I picked them up from the high school I drove them to my house where we awaited the limo I rented with my death card. so that's where we were now, in the back of the limo with our driver quietly steering us through traffic in the front.
Hunter was on the seat across from me with Clara by his side. He was relaxing and listening to music while Clara was impatiently looking out the window. Dolton was sitting beside me playing a game on his phone and I was staring out the window waiting to get to where we were going.
Clara was probably impatient because of the sneaky grin I held on my face and she knew whenever I had a smile like that I had a secret se wouldn't like.
As we neared our destination, I had Clara put on a blindfold so she wouldn't jump out the window when she saw where we were going. The driver parked close to the building for us and I warned him that we might take a while. We helped Clara out of the limo and walked up to the small airport and took off her blindfold.
"No!" she said when she saw where we were.
"Oh yes, we are all going skydiving." I said with a smirk.
