Karan can't see her hurting - 2.1

So back story,

After training in the evening, Monami got a call from her dad...he was as usual telling her how pathetic was her decision of joining and choosing Parakaram yet again instead of her successful life as a doctor...She was badly heartbroken from his words...💔

It was 8:30, she didn't went for dinner...She was sitting down in the ground on the grass, with her knees touching her chest... Looking up at the sky, she could see moon playing hide seek with the clouds...Tears were rolling down her face, her father's words were hurting her soo bad...Why can't she choose for herself...Why?? She has always struggled to put her point across her father...He always made decisions for her...For the first time she has decided to stand up for herself and her dreams...Still...Why can't things go her way, once, just for once...She was lost in her thoughts...🥺💔

On the other hand,

Karan was in dinner area, having dinner as usual with trainers on their seperate table...One thing that was on his mind while having dinner was, why can't he find Monami in the dinner area...He has thoughts running in his head...

Karan - (In his head) Ye rani sahiba kyu ni dikhai de rahi...?? Abhi training mein toh thi...Pta ni ho sakta hai thak gai ho ya bhuk na ho...

Sanju - Sirjii, ke hogeyo...Khana kahe na kha rhe??

Karan - Nhii...Kuch ni...He ate a spoon of it and again thought, Vaise aise karti toh ni hai...Theek toh hai?? Then his inner voice said...Tu kyu itna soch rha hai uske baare mein?? Hogi yhi kahi...

He brushed off all his thoughts, finished his dinner and went to his room...✨

It's 11:30 now, it started to rain heavily a while back...Karan was in his room, unable to sleep... Faizi was also not there today...He was sleepless, for some reason he just wanted to see Monami once...

Here, Monami was still sitting in the ground unaffected by the rain, fully drenched...Lost in her thoughts, involuntarily shivering from the cold weather... Still crying remembering her and her dad's conversation...

Karan decides to go and check on her once...He heads towards her room...To his surprise, Monami was not in her room... Sanjana was already fast asleep... Monami's bed was empty...

Karan to himself - Ye kaha gai?? Iss waqt?? Room mein ni h, dinner krne bhi ni aai...Gai kaha ye?? bahar bhi itni tez baarish ho rhi hai, toh obviously bahar bhi kya hi karegi... 

He finally decides to check outside once...He checks all the places she could be at, finally he heads to the ground and to his surprise he finds someone sitting in the ground...He can't see who is it, the person is sitting facing the other side...He can only see the person's back...He doesn't understand, why is someone sitting in the ground while it's raining heavily...He starts walking to the person, as he walks closer...He could see it's Monami...She was lost somewhere...He walks to her fast and asks,

Karan - Rani sahiba, aap yaha kya kr rhi hai itni baarish mein??

She doesn't look at him, nor does she respond to him...He taps her shoulder...

Karan - Rani sahiba??

She finally looks at him, He could see her blood red eyes...It was like she has cried for hours...Before she could reply him, and before he could ask her anything...She faints and she was about to hit her head on the ground when Karan kneels down, keeps her hand beneath her head and holds her close to him...

Karan - Monamii, Monami... he says tapping her cheeks to wake her up...Issey toh bahot tez bukhar hai...

He picks her up in his arms and walks straight to the dispensary of the academy...He makes her lay down on the bed...No one was there in the dispensary...He quickly goes n wakes up the doctor and brings her to check on Monami...She takes her wrist to check her pulse and says yaha medicine n ol nhi padhi...Aaj kuch cheeze shift hui thi, so mein aati hu abhi...You stay here...He nodes his head in an okay, she leaves and he runs his hand softly on her face, pulling those hair back from her face...He had no idea why was she there, what happened... Nothing...He starts rubbing her hands...
