The ride through the city was exhilarating for Nikki as she clung to Mickey like a koala bear wrapped tightly around a tree. She wondered if they looked ridiculous to others riding Mickey's beast wearing suits. Half an hour later, Mickey turned into a large parking lot, packed with other vehicles. A large circular white building imposed over the parking lot with fairy lights strung up around every window. A large black archway draped in red tulle loomed in front of the building's entrance. Guests were milling about, some huddled in groups, talking, laughing and smoking. Everyone was dressed in their best Nikki noted as she climbed off the back of Mickey's bike and removed her helmet. Mickeys came off with a flourish, causing eyes of many to turn in her direction when her hair came tumbling down over the leather. Nikki suddenly felt possessive and smug, she leaned down and captured Mickey's lips in a heated kiss in front their audience. When they parted, Nikki straightened herself, puffing out her chest, feeling proud that Mickey was all hers.

As Mickey gracefully climbed off her bike, she said, "Proud of yourself, aren't you?" A teasing smirk painted her face as she stowed her bike helmet away and removed her leather gloves.

Nikki shrugged as she handed over her helmet. "You're something to be proud of."

Nikki's words seemed to have enticed Mickey; a spark of arousal flickered in her eyes. She stepped closer to Nikki, close enough where their bodies brushed up against one another's. She slipped her hands inside Nikki's suit jacket, grasped her waist and pulled the smaller body closer and kissed her. She pulled back with a smile and traced a finger around Nikki's lips. "I feel the same way." A quick flick of her wrist followed by the sound of a slap to Nikki's ass, she said, "C'mon, let's go show each other off." They walked hand-in-hand toward the entrance of the building. The moment they entered the banquet room, both women stopped in complete astonishment at the sight before their eyes. "Holy shit," Mickey expressed with wonder in her voice.

Nikki's eyes danced around the room taking in the dominant colour theme of black and red. The walls were decorated with black and red tulle adorned with more fairy lights. Each table for the guests was draped in black silk linen topped with red lace. Tall, slender vases bursting with red roses, cascaded down toward each tabletop. Tall, black candelabras dotted around the room with long, white tapered candles all lit aglow, creating a warm yet eerie vibe to the vampire-esque reception. "I keep waiting for Dracula to come popping out," Nikki muttered.

Mickey pulled on Nikki's hand and led her over to a table for the guests to sign the guestbook. Bags of party favours were set up on a table next to the guestbook table. Mickey leaned over and signed her name, then handed the pen over to Nikki. "I'm swiping a bag."

"Get me one, too," Nikki said as she signed her name. She quickly examined the table decorated with upside down wine glasses and tealights sitting on the base of each glass, rose heads stacked inside each goblet. "Creative."

"Here." Mickey handed her a bag and they both tore in them like kids at Christmas. "Ha!" Mickey laughed at the tiny bottle of graveyard dirt with a note that said it would help for safekeeping of the soul. A small silver flask followed with a silver box that flipped open with a built-in cigarette holder. "Sweet."

Nikki smiled as she held up a palm size coffin. "Wonder what's in here?" She opened it to find an airplane bottle of whisky. Mickey's held vodka. "Did your ex turn goth or something?"

Mickey sighed and stuffed all her goodies back inside the bag. "I don't care, I just want to make an appearance to the happy couple and maybe get drunk."

"I just wanna get drunk then laid," Nikki mumbled.

Mickey grabbed Nikki's ass and pulled her up to her side. "That can be arranged."
