The invite

24 years later
HERMIONE'S POV
"Mom, are you sure that they'll be coming home this Christmas?"
"Yes sweetheart you've already asked me the same question for millionth time" I replied mocking her.
"But I actually miss them"she spoke under her breath but it was enough for me to hear.
Gracia or Grace misses her elder brother Scorpio and Alexus as hell. Ever since she has been born,both boys were always very protective of her and loved and valued her over anything. She in turn became very attached to her brothers and loves them more then her life.I really love the sibling bond they share. She's always been a daddy's girl and it's a delight to see the father daughter duo.
I adore them very much.
After graduating from wizardry school of Australia both Scorpio and Alexus left to work and gain experience,former works in Bulgeria as an auror and the younger works in Romania as a dragon Healer.

The next morning (25th December)
GRACIA'S POV
I woke up rubbing my eyes still half asleep when I saw Alexus sitting at the end of my bed. I squealed with joy and lunged towards him to capture him in a bear hug. Oh ,how I missed him.I ran doen the stairs to find Scorpio bit he wasn't there. I nearly searched whole house but he wasn't there.
"Dad,merry Christmas... when's scorp going to arrive?" I asked entering the living room.
"Merry Christmas darling and about scorp ..um..he isn't coming this Christmas",dad said with a pitiful smile.
This upsetted me a lot but Alex cheered me up.
Mom informed me that the zabini family would be here to have have dinner for which I was quiet excited.
Riley has always been my support system and scorp's best friend. Along my brother he is also very protective of me and never let any boy come near me. Max and I are best friends and  we are both about to join Hogwarts for our final year because we both wanted to learn Defence against Dark arts which isn't being taught at my current school so dad and uncle B (Blaise) suggested we transfer to Hogwarts. Well I am about to begin my year at Hogwarts after new year.
I quickly wrote a letter to Scorpio telling him how I missed him and wished to see him as soon as possible.I was about to send my letter but realised that we have received two letters.
"Mom,Dad you guys have got some letters" I said handing them their letters. After reading those, their facial expressions changed and I couldn't understand what was it.
"It's from Hogwarts,they are inviting us for a 25 yrs reunion but..."I took mom's letter while Alex took dad's to read

Dear Hermione Granger,
Hogwarts is going to celebrate the reunion after 25 years and we wish you to remain present there as you are a prominent part of the golden trio. Hope to see you soon.  Please bring your family,if you have any.

I looked at mom then at dad. I knew about mom's past and her divorce with a weasel although I never met him or saw him.
"Do you wanna go there?" Dad asked gently holding mom's hand in his.
"I will go. I am not going to hide or distance myself ".
So we are going to Hogwarts.....
