What is trypanophobia? Fittingly, the name combines the Greek term trypano — meaning puncturing or piercing — with phobia, meaning fear. This remarkably common condition is marked by irrational, extreme fear or aversion to blood or needles. It's not about the thought of pain of needles it's the thought of them piercing into your skin , and just the thought of it can make you cry and when your going to get one you can suffer from anxiety, and fear. with this I suggested you don't say it's not that bad when your talking to someone who has trypanophobia because you cannot say that when you don't have it because you don't know what there going through with the thought of it. Trypanophobia is most common in kids/children but can stay when growing up. And try not to even mention needles around people who have trypanophobia because it could cuz stress and anxiety and fear.
