We were now setting up everything for Max's birthday. "I've got the marshmallows," Gwen said. "I've got the graham crackers," Ben said. "And I've got the chocolate," I said. "We'll wait here while you get the firewood so we can make s'mores." "It is so nice to finally see you two getting along. Isn't it, Paige?" Max asked. I nodded, not knowing what to say.

"I'll be back in a jiffy," He said, going to get the firewood. "Great!" The three of us said. "Is he gone? "Yep." "This is your fault!" Ben and Gwen yelled at each other. "Well, so much for them getting along," I thought. "Grandpa only turns 60 once!" She said as she hit Ben with the bag of marshmallows. "Paige and I had his party totally wired." "You chose his birthday wish?" Ben said. "Who does that, princess?"

I shrugged, not knowing what to say. "And how is he supposed to make one without a cake that you were supposed to get?" She asked. "Excuse me, full-time here here. When do I have time to go get some dumb old cake? You were supposed to do it. Anyway, it's no big deal," Ben said. "For Grandpa it is," Gwen said. "Fine! Play to see who goes," He said.

"Guys, there's no need to do this. I made a brownie layer cake with cookie dough frosting. It's in the fridge," I said as I went to go grab it.

Ben and Gwen looked at it in awe. "Paige, this looks incredible!" She said. "Yeah, princess. You're an amazing baker," He said as he kissed my cheek. I brushed at the praise, "Well it is Max's birthday and he is like a father to me so I thought I'd do something special," I said as I went to put the cake bake. I came out and a bright orange circle appeared out of nowhere. "OK, this can't be good, princess," Ben said. The next thing I knew, a woman appeared and grabbed me. "Princess! Paige!" Ben and Gwen shouted. He activated the Omnitrix and was XLR8. She was on his back as they raced to save me.

The unknown woman took me through a portal. I had no idea what was going on but it was very strange. In front of me, I saw Ben and Gwen. "You came for me, my prince,"I said. "Of course I did, my princess," Ben said as he kissed me. "Next time you want to kidnap someone... make sure it's not the future Queen of the Enchanted Forest and my future cousin!" Gwen said, infuriated.

"Hey, Ben. Looking good!" A woman said as she blew him a kiss. I crossed my arms and could feel my blood boiling. Gwen put her hands on my shoulders, "Calm down, Your Highness. It's OK. If you want, I can kick Ben for you," She said. "No, that's OK; Gwen. I'll just put him in the Sharpshooter. That'll teach him," I said, smiling mischievously.
