It was a very cold day, you were walking around the park, not knowing what to do. You just kept walking until you had an idea, but then you bumped into someone.

"Ouch! I-I'm so s-s-sorry I didn't m-mean to bump into y-you!" You looked at the ground, embarrassed and nervous.

"Hey, it's not big deal, but do I know you?" The person asked. Wait, why does his voice sound so familiar? I've heard it before, but I don't know who it could be. You looked up and you saw your childhood best friend you haven't seen in 2 years.

"Mitsuba?! Is that you? What are you doing here? I'm sorry I didn't know who you were" you apologized again.

"I'd like to ask the same thing to you Y/N" he replied with a smile "I actually came because I wanted to take a few pictures on plants and animals, what about you?" He asked

"Oh, me? I'm just going out since I didn't have anything else to do, it's no big deal" you said looking away embarrassed again.

He nodded and asked "hey, would you like to come over at my place? If you want. My mom is working and she won't be home until 6 pm" he said nervously

"Um sure why not? Are you gonna go walking back to your house? Or is someone picking you up?" You questioned

"I'm walking back, Come on! Let's go!" He said pulling my hand. For some reason, it made me blush hard, luckily he didn't notice.

You both arrived, shaking, but happy. "I can't believe my neighbors don't keep their dog inside, it's annoying!! He chased us without stopping!! Ughhhhh" mitsuba whined. "Yeah, but at least we arrived at your house, what do you want to do?" You asked hoping he would do a pillow fight with you.

"I don't know really, what do you want to do?" He replied facing you

It made you blush really hard, and you looked away and back at him.

"Well, can we do a pillow fight? Like we used to as kids?" You proudly said.

"You only liked doing pillow fights because you always won" he said glaring at you.

"Maybe I did, maybe I didn't..." you smirked "but still, can we?? PLEASEEEE!?" you whined

Mitsuba looked at you with a slight blush on his face while scratching the back of his head looking at the other side of the hallway.

"Ok fine, I know you're gonna win, but whatever" he replied

You guys tried finding some pillows to use that were available, you guys found pillow from mitsubas bedroom, the living room, and his mother's room. You both found 12 pillows, 6 for Mitsuba and the other 6 for you, you both gathered around and used the couch as a barrier.

"I just know I'm gonna beat you, but like you said, you don't care?" You asked facing him with a smirk

"I don't, but winners can be losers, right?" He asked with a not-so friendly glare.

"As if, you never won in these types of games"  you replied sticking your tongue at him

"Come on, let's just start the game!" He yelled

"Fine" you said

You both started throwing pillows at each other without stopping, each pillow landed in each other's face and arms. You guys were really tired but didn't want to lose the fight so you both kept on going.

"I'm starting to get tired, let take a break and drink some water" you said panting

"Same, come on let's go" he replied

You both started walking towards the kitchen, and drank 2 glasses of water and went back to the living room. That is... until you fell on top of mitsuba on accident...

"Oh my, I'm so sorry mitsuba! I didn'tmean to!" You said while you face was red

"N-no worries I-It was a-a-an accident right?" He replied looking away in embarrassment.

You both got up and went back to clean up the mess you guys made and to watch some tv, you had trouble choosing what to watch, so you decided not do anything and chill.

"So, Y/N... What do you like?" He asked looking back at you

"Well I like you and uh.." you started listing and then realized what you said

"I-I u-uh sorry I d-didn't mean to say that" you replied looking at your fingers and playing with them nervously and having a mental breakdown inside.

"Wait, so you don't like me?" He asked a bit confused and sad at the same time.

You didn't know what to say, should you confess your feelings now? Or wait until some other day when you're ready? Would he feel the same way? Would he reject you? The questions came and went through your head like a train, around and around. You thought it was time and you confessed.

"Actually, I've had a crush on you ever since 2nd grade, I didn't know how I was supposed to tell you. I didn't know if you would reject me or return my feelings, I like you more than a friend mitsuba. Will you be my boyfriend? I understand if you don't like me back." You said staring at his eyes hoping he would say yes.

He looked surprised but you didn't know if there was a hint of happiness on his face, you waited for a few seconds as mitsuba was trying to understand what had happened.

"Y/N I've always loved you, I was also scared if you didn't like me back. Yes I want to be your boyfriend, I will never leave by your side! I promise!" He said smiling at you with a slight blush on his face. You were so happy you couldn't even speak suddenly the both of started staring deeply into each others eyes, until your lips collided together. The kiss lasted for about 30 seconds, you wanted more, but you wanted to tell him something.

"I love you mitsuba" you smiled

"I love you too, Y/N"
