This book is about Gam Y/n,a 19-year-old girl whose mother did not take care of her and preferred to leave her alone,and her father had to do something.
Her mother had not cared for her since she was a child,and her father had nothing to do with her being newly married and thinking that she did not know how to be a mother,but she grew up and her father talked to her about that making a decision.
A few days later,they divorced and her mother left their life.
Meanwhile,her (her mother's) aunt,Lee Soojin,was kicked out of the house by her husband and she had to take her 10-year-old child and look for a place to stay.

Lee Kyong is like a little brother to me,and when I found out what had happened,I asked my father to call them to our home until they found a new home.
In the end,their company caught us very well in the last few months.
I forgot about everything that happened and my father decided to let them live with us thinking that Kyong and I could spend more time together.
*At the moment*
I just had lunch,Soojin and my dad were in the kitchen,and I was in the living room with Kyong and playing before I went to work.
I stop tickling him because I didn't have much time left and I had to go to work, and he stops laughing and looks at me.
Kyong:Y/n,go on.
Y/n:Kyong,I'm going to be late for work.
Kyong:But I don't want you to leave now.

Y/n:I'll be home sooner than yesterday,I promise.

He gets to his feet and starts jumping,and I get up from the couch and walk to the front door.
Soojin:Don't buy him sweets.He still has a few.
Dad:Buy some for me too.
Y/n:I don't forget anyone.
I put on my shoes,take my bag and my phone,and then I hold Kyong in my arms.
Y/n:Bye dad.Bye Soojin.Bye Kyong.See you when I get home.
They wave at me,then I go out the door and look for a car that can take me to work.
After a few minutes of searching I find a car,get in it,then tell him the location and he starts driving.
When I get to work,I go into the cafe and go leave my things.
