**author's note**** hey guys.....This picture is of what Jason looks like. Thank you for reading!! Don't forget to vote and I welcome any suggestions.....Enjoy!

Jason and I used to be close friends. He was the first person I talked to when I moved to Chillcrest. Last summer at Grove's Wilderness Camp, he found a girl. Her name was Angie. She just so happened to be my bitter enemy ever since I spilt milk down the front of her shirt at lunch one day. I apologized for months, but all she would do was walk away or stick her tounge out at me. I'm not the kind of girl that holds grudges, but Angie sure knows how to push my buttons. She took Jason away from me and I hated her for it.

While I was off thinking about summer camp, Jason had already picked up the rest of my papers and had been trying to hand them to me. I said a simple thank you and then ran off like nothing had ever happened.

Out of breath I stormed into room 378 where Ms. Grace lectured me.
"This is not a good way to start out the semester Ms. Klein."
"Yes I know Ms. Grace......I apologize .....it won't happen again." I answered out of breath.
"It better not. Please take a seat next to Mr. Evens."
As soon as I heard his name my heart started racing at 100 mph. I sat my books down on the edge of the desk and took out a pencil and my notebook trying not to embarrass myself too much .

All throughout first period, I couldn't stop myself from glancing at him periodically. As soon as the bell rang I made my way to math class which was held by Mr. Samuels. On my way out the door I heard someone calling my name. I turned around and noticed Jason running up to me.

"Hey Addison, can you meet me at "our place" after school?"

He hasn't spoken to me this whole year. What's making him change his mind now?

"Yeah, sure. Is everything okay?"

"I will tell you everything at the treehouse, just promise me you will be there."

"Okay, yeah I promise. See you later Jason."

"Bye Addi."

I continued the day as normal. Once the last bell rang, dismissing us from school, I jumped into my 2012 Honda civic that I got for my 16th birthday and headed to the treehouse.
