>3 years later<
Rust sat on board the beautiful Angelsphere, it was a new airship that the company had bought two months ago, her long black hair now cut short and jagged, her eyes were set on the new crew members. A tall black man was pulling in ropes and then she caught his eye.
He smiled, the brilliant white teeth contrasted against his dark skin. He stared at her, his eyes seemed to ravage her, leaving no place unseen, or unthought of. She stared back, then looked at the sky, they were docked, getting new supplies to smuggle, but this was the place that, three years ago, she was kicked out of.
Her now tan skin wasn't thin, it was thick, with labor and anger. She had never stopped being angry at Elizabeth, but she seemed to stop caring after Elizabeth was murdered. Rust stared as am asian girl with medium brown hair started talking to the captain.
Her dark brown eyes glittered, Rust looked with suspicion at her. The girls black eyes stared at Rust, she started to walk forward.
Rust knew this girls job, she was the new head. She took over Elizabeth's job. She walked over to Rust, her short skirt moved with her, Rust just sat there until she almost tripped. Rust reached out and caught the girl to keep her from falling on the hard metal floor of the ship.
"Oh, thank you miss...Rust," the girl said, "my name is...Maria."
Rust didn't speak, just watched. The young girl stood up and dusted herself off.
"I would like to offer you a new job."
