(Before I start I always liked to think about paw patrol, octonauts crossover comedy show. Also I just came back from my best friend's sweet 15)
Anyways... 5 years later, Katie was turning 15 and Carlos and Tracker suggested a sweet 15, and Katie loved the idea. But when it came time for the father and daughter dance...Katie was broken her biologic father was never around. But Katie always found Barnacle's as a father figure. (The Octonauts were invited.) And Barnacle's always found Katie as a daughter figure.
So Katie and Barnacle's told that they were both family figures to each other.
After all Katie was Ryder's gf and Barnacle's told Ryder how she was like a daughter figure.
