Chapter 36: Bruno Mars made me do it

Blake's POV

"Shit!" I exclaimed.

"That's a bad word Blakey." Ella admonishes.

I smiled sheepishly at my sister.

"Sorry baby sis! I am just nervous." I explained.

Ella stands up from the study nook that I installed here in my office just for her. To James disappointment Ella sometimes prefer to do her assignment in my office.

Eat your heart out James! Ella loves me more!

"Something bothering you Blakey?"
Ella asked.

"You see my anniversary with Cara's coming up. I still doesn't have any solid plan."

Ella tries to sit on top of my desk and she almost fell if I didn't catch her on time.

"Well you can watch Frozen on ice." Ella suggested.

"She doesn't watch cartoons love."

"Oh. Why not? It's fun."

I sigh. Ella has a point.

"You can go out of the country?"

James suggested the same.

"Where?"

"Disney world!" Ella suggested excitedly.

"Sis it's just in Florida. Still inside the US." I explained.

"Oh really? Then I know Disney has other branches right?"

The whole time Ella suggested going to Lego Land , Universal studio and Disney Land. I have a feeling that Ella's planning her own anniversary trip not mine.

"How about the beach Blakey?"

Beach? That idea has merit.

"You have a beach house right? You can just go there."

She's right. I forgot that I have a beach house.

"That's a good idea Ella!" I exclaimed.

"Right? Then prepare lots and lots of food Blakey."

I nodded then write on my notes what Ella's suggesting.

"Food like what?"

"Well seafoods? Or her favorites."

As I look back Cara really doesn't have any favorite food.
Seafood's good. I wrote down Scallops, Lobster, king Crab and some smoked Salmon.

"Hey Blakey I remember Gideon ordered some Snow Crabs before. It's delicious. You can add it in your list."

I nodded. I strike out the king crab on my list and replaced it with Snow Crab.

"Anything else?" I ask.

"Well some meat will be good right?"

I add full slab of ribs and some corn on cob and salad. As for drink I add water, wine and some juice.

"Any other suggestion Ella?"

"Well after you eat of course that's the time you'll make a baby! Play Versace on the floor by Beyonce!" Ella exclaimed.

I am not drinking anything but I choked on my own saliva.

After making sure that I am not dying I look at Ella sternly.

"Ella where did you even heard that? And Baby sis Coldplay sang that song not Beyonce."

"Oh really? My friends told me lots of things. I learn alot at college but don't tell Gideon. He might die." Ella giggled.
