Cyli, a 16-year-old girl who lives in Haraniku, one of the many regions of her world. But, when the new samarai comes, face-to-face with her, Cyli suddenly realises something she never realised before...

She quickly hid her love under a lifeless face. The samurai asked her name. Cyli refused to let her mouth speak, but it did. "Cyli"

The samurai smiled, for the first time. He said, "Hi, Cyli. I'm Itsuki. But I really need to finish the paperwork. See ya!"

As Itsuki left, Cyli felt a paining throb against her heart. She stood there, unable to focus, and passed out.

When she came to, she found herself in Haraniku's Medical Centre, with a familiar face looking over her. It was Itsuki. Unable to hide her embarrassment, she stared, not knowing what to do.

"You... okay?" said the young samarai.

Cyli blushed, and replied, "Y-yeah..."

"Is something wrong?"

"N-not really..."

After that, Itsuki left the room. Cyli felt all alone again. She wanted to see Itsuki, she wanted to kiss him, he was just... her meaning of life.

Cyli never felt that way before. A lot of boys loved her, but Itsuki didn't seem to. After all, he was a samurai, and samurai were supposed to keep Haraniku safe.

So... he didn't? He couldn't! How could he?  thought Cyli. No way! I mean nothing to anyone!
