They pull into the driveway, and the house looks abandoned and unappealing. "I don't have a good feeling about this." Billy's mother says in disbelief, looking at the house. "I'm sure they couldn't afford anything better." Billy replies back. "You sure this a good idea?" His mother asks nervously. "For the last time, everything will be fine," Billy rolls his eye, "We just need to get in." Billy opens his door and walks into the front porch.
Billy goes knocking on the door while his mother is watching him, terrified of the unexpected. "Who is it?" Someone says, cautiously looking through the spyhole. "It's me, Billy. I'm friends with your daughter." Billy answers. "Can we come in?" "Can we trust you?" The person questions. "Yes, we aren't here for any type of danger, trust me." Billy responds. Then he opens the door, and Billy gives a signal for his mother to come in.
They walk into the house and the places looked old. "Petra, come here! You have some company over." Petra's father shouts. "Who is it?" Petra gasps in excitement when she sees Billy and his mother. "Billy! I'm so glad to see you." Petra hugs Billy very tightly. "So what's the plan?" Petra asks, curiously and eagerly. Billy and Petra sit on the couch together and he explains, "So I want try getting my mom to date your father, so they both can live a better and happier life together." Petra is thinking about the idea. "I love that idea actually." Petra says, very excited.
"Hey dad!" Petra yells in Joy. "Come here! I think we found someone who will find you interesting." "I'm not trying this again Pet- " Petra's father sees Billy's mother sitting on a rocking chair, biting her teeth while silently sobbing. "Is that your mother, Billy" Petra's father asks. "Yessir," Billy responds, "She is actually just getting over breaking apart from my dad because he cheated on her, so I thought it would be nice if you and her can talk it out and start going on a date." "Is that true, Mrs, um what's your last name?" Petra's father politely asks. "It's Ms. Perkins and yes that just happened to me." Billy's mothers responds back. Petra's father introduces himself, "Well I'm Johnny Plantar, but just call me Mr. Plantar. I have a job at the post office." Then the two of them start planning on what they can do to know about each other. Petra pats Billy on the back and comments, "Hope they do work it out. Do you think so?" "I hope so." Billy replies back, hooping for the best to come.
