chapter one:

(a/n) this is my first book and writting but i hope yall enjoy :)

Izuku's pov:
I just got back from work and I invited kacchan over for dinner, And I am also nervous because today I will be confessing my feelings to kacchan, I'm really scared for how it will go hopefully it goes good.

I've liked kacchan since we graduated high school but never told him how I felt because I thought it would be better to let him focus on his studies and me on mine, I finally worked up the courage to confess to him which I will be doing when he gets here in about in hour or two since he hasn't gotten off work yet.

After I got off work I went to my small one bed room appartment, It was small but it had enough room for a kitchen, bathroom,and a small living room, I thought it was perfect for me since it a just me.

Anyways when I got home I droped my work bag on the floor and dragged my feet to the couch as soon as I got to the couch I ploped on it and looked up at the celing I felt my eyes getting heavy and soon starting to close next thing I know I was asleep on my couch.

After thirty minutes I jolted awake remebering that I would have a guest over, I got up and went to shower after I got out the shower I put on some shorts and a baggy t-shirt and put a towel on my shoulder to finish drying my hair then I went on my phone to see if kacchan had texted me "i'll be there at 7:00" is what kacchan had texted me it was 20 minutes before 7:00 so I went to the kitchen to get started on dinner.

katsuki's pov:
I just got off work and its almost seven and I remebered that the nerd invited me to dinner at his house so I texted him and told him I would be there at 7:00, I got home and went straight to the bathroom it takes ten minutes to get home from work so I have exactly ten minutes to get ready and go to his house, I got in the shower, I took a ten min shower and when I got out of the shower I went to get ready.

When I got out I put on some kind of baggy blue jeans and a baggy orange t-shirt then I went to go put on some white air force ones and start heading to deku's house it takes about seven minutes to get to his house from where I live so its not to far.

**Time skip**

katsuki's pov:
I arrived at deku's appartment I have never been inside his appartment yet so I was kind of nervous, After a few seconds I snap out of my toughts when I heard a loud thud coming from inside so I decided to knock.

Izuku's pov:
I had accedently knocked over a pan which made a loud thud after the thud I heard a knock at the door, I went to go check who it was and it was kacchan "i heard a loud thud are you okay? did something happen? kacchan asked. "O-oh I-I was just finishing up dinner and accedently droped a pan" I said rubbing the back of my head we stood there in an akward silence for a few seconds 'wow kacchan looks great in that outfit' I thought in my head and blushed a little I then snapped out of my thoughts when I heard kacchan calling me "oi nerd you going to let me in or what" he said "O-oh im sorry c-come in" I said stuttering 'damn stuttering', I let him in and he went to go sit at the table "dinner will be ready in a minute" I said as I close the door and walk back to the kitchen, after a bit I came out the kitchen to the dining area to set the food on the table, the food looked so good it almost looked like I had pre bought food from a resturant and placed it carefully on a plate to make it look homemade, I saw kacchan look at the food as if he hasn't eaten all day, after I sat the food on the table I took off the apron I had on while I was cooking and went to sit across from kacchan, I sat down and said "dig in" kacchan almost immediately dug in and surved himself a big plate full of food and we started eating.

katsuki's pov:
I was starving I hadn't eaten all day and the food infront of me looked so good I started stuffing my face with the food, As I was eating I heard a soft chuckle come from deku I look up to see the nerd staring at me chuckling "what are you laughing at? " I said looking at him with a serious face "n-nothing" i heard the nerd say stuttering and a slight tint of pink in his cheeks then I proceed to ask him " so why did you want me to come for dinner".

izuku pov:
kacchan suddenly asked me why I invited him for dinner 'this is my chance to tell him how I feel' I said in my head, I look up at kacchan and I see that he is looking back at me waiting for me to answer him then I start to get nervous and stutter "I-I wanted t-to tell you something" I tell kacchan "stop stuttering and just tell me what you want to tell me damn it " kacchan said kind of angry from me stuttering "w-well I-I " I stayed silent for a bit to work up more courage "I-I l-like you!" I said blushing and with my eyes shut, I hear nothing and got scared 'maybe I shouldn't have told him? I should say something' I look up at kacchan and he was staring at me with a shocked expression "u-um k-kacchan?" I said to him he snapped out of his thoughts and then he finally said something "I-I... like...you.. too" he mumbled with a blush on his face looking down at his plate picking at the food, I blush " ...so...does that mean we are... you know... d-dating?" I asked he looked at me and said " guess so" and that's how the journey started.
