"Everybody line up. Now, before all of you runs. I want to make a quick announcement. It must be a surprise that you're brought here, in broad daylight just to make some lapses. I just want to let you know why you're here. It's because of them." Sensou pointed his fingers directly to Ran.

Haato curled his fist. Daiki carefully observed him, gesturing him to stay in control.

"What's the fuss about?" Another senior appeared, Adachi June. That guy over there has to be the respected senior. He deserved to be respected and he's extremely considerate unlike that guy beside him. "Sensou, what's all this?"

"Those three were late and I heard from the twins they were causing a trouble in cafeteria earlier. So, I talked to Coach Manabe...here we are, running." Sensou slowly clapped.

"I'm reminding you again, June. I'm Coach Manabe's right hand, don't meddle with me this time.."

June chuckles. "Sounds like what an under dog would do. Alright, do your thing, I will gladly join my juniors."

Sensou clenched his jaw. He landed his attention towards his Juniors. He take out his timer for monitoring the laps. "Stay in one line, chant if you want to. I'd like you all to have 15 lapses. Now!"

They started running, feet sticked to the track for a solid 30-40 minutes. Perhaps a little while ago fellow Juniors would have balked at idea of running for others' fault. But they don't have a choice. It's either you follow or you're going down on Sensou's hated list.

"..Hey, Ranta." June slowed his pace just to catch up with him. "Don't take it to heart, those Sensou's blame to you."

Ran panted, clearly those feet weren't used to run at speed. "I know, I just don't understand why he hates juniors. Unlike you, you seemed to be very nice to all of us."

"It's because he sensed your power and skills, that old hog can't make it to cut until I helped him out during our 3rd year.." He catched his breath, "Now he's all cocky,"

"You're very vulgar and straightforward, Adachi June. Nobody else could stand up for themselves in front of Sensou."

"I'm built different. I see myself in you, Ranta." He manage to smile amidst struggling to run.

Ran smiled back. He bowed before he fasten his pace and stayed in line. On his side, he immediately recognize a group of girls starting to run beside them as well.

"..That, girl." He kept his gaze upon her until Ahma saw him. She immediately pulled up the hood of her jacket and jog the opposite way.

"Ahma, where are you going? It's the wrong way-"
