Green veggies have also been known to reverse and cure diseases. There are studies done that's showed a man who had a disease he went on a diet and ate all green veggies, probably other necessary foods too but he was cured of his disease by concentrating on his green veggie in take. Please drink plenty of fresh clean water, water is very necessary to live. If you think of your body like a machine that serves you and takes care of you, for example like your car. It gets you where you need to go.

However if you do not service the engine it will eventually fail, causing loss of the life of the car. Our bodies work in a much similar way. We require fuel, meaning good nutritious food, and water to keep our bodies working smoothly. If a car is run without water it over heats, of not corrected immediately there will be loss of life of the vehicle. Our bodies are more important than an automobile.

Cravings are different than regular nutrition. Mine have been different with each child. In some cases I have found that I'm craving a certain food that my body has need of the nutrition that it has. In most cases I am actually craving the babies favorite foods. This is what I mean, with each of the pregnancies I craved certain foods and found that when the child grew older, the foods that I craved were his/her favorite food. The cravings were different according to each child's personality. When I was pregnant with my first child I craved Rib Eye Steak. It tasted so good to me, I couldn't get enough at least that it how it felt. With my second child, a girl I craved sour candy, she is 16 years old now and loves sour candy. With my ninth child I craved chicken tenders strips and loved them, I ate them so often. When the pregnancy was over and the child was no longer sharing my body the cravings left too.

How amazing it is to think that my child and I were sharing the same physical body, meaning theirs was living inside mine and receiving life from mine. That is amazing.

I would definitely recommend talking to the baby, from day 1. Our words are very powerful. Even when the person or animal or object we speak to cannot speak back to us in the same way, there are many signs that they are receiving what we are saying. I see this a lot when talking to our pets and children. When our 2 tear old daughter was sick the other day she was listening to me talk and watching my reaction, to decide whether she should be upset or not. Our dog Molly watches our body language and listens to our voices to know what we want her to do. I read an article in a magazine once, a scientist did an experiment on the power of our words. He collected fresh water samples. He spoke kind words on a regular basis to one of the water samples. He spoke hateful words on the other. At the end of the experiment the water that had kind words spoken over it was clear. The water that had hateful words spoken over it was cloudy and green.
