" I like you, I really do, so can you please go out with me?" I asked.
I glanced up to see his eyes, but when I did, it looked awful. "I'm sorry, you're just not my type." he replied, and left.
Soon, I realized that I got rejected, and that I wold never have another chance. It hurt. It hurt so much.
The next day, I skipped out on school, since I stayed in bed crying my eyes out, but it felt good.
That was when I decided on giving up on love, and dedicating my high school life, helping others get the love story they want.

~Two Year Later~
(Second Year of HighSchool)
"Umm, excuse me, can I talk to you for a second? It's just that, I really like you! Ever since we were small, I would always like being with you." the girl confessed.
The guy in front of her was speechless. I bet he didn't see it coming.
"Really? You really like me?" the guy asked, uncertain.
"Yes, ever since we were kids." the girl replied.
I could see both of them blushing. The guy looked to the side, avoiding eye contact, and thought of it for a bit.
Silence probably covered the atmosphere, for almost one whole minute, until he spoke up, " That makes two of us in love!"
The girl's serious, yet nervous face, suddenly changed into a big curve. That's what you call, an achievement smile.
-One day Later-
"Tachibana-san, thanks so much for helping me." the girl from yesterday said.
"No problem, it's my job to do this after all, I'm the 'High School Cupid'!" I replied, while adjsting my glasses to the right angle, just for a dramatic effect.
