Aiden: After Gym, we go to lunch. and it's already 11:30.
Uzi checked her phone and sees that aiden is right that it is lunch time, so she went to get her lunch along with everyone else
- (Lunchroom, Uzi POV)-
at lunch, they were serving Italian food, made for both humans and worker drones. Uzi got herself some spaghetti with non-toxic oil on it like the other worker drones, so that way the humans won't get sick when they smell it, and the humans got themselves some regular spaghetti and garlic bread. after getting her plate, she saw lots of humans and drones sitting together talking to each other having a good time, but she couldn't find a place to sit until someone called her name.
???: hey Uzi, want to sit with us?
she sees who called her name and it was Aiden, but with some friends who were all sitting at one of the round tables in the cafeteria. she then walks over there with them
Aiden: you looked like you were trying to find a seat, so...
Uzi then sat down next to Aiden
Uzi: so, who are they?
she said bluntly
Aiden: oh, these are my good friends. he's Thad
Thad: sup
Aiden: this guy, even though his name rhymes with Thad, is Chad.
Chad: Hello.
Uzi: uh, hey?
she then looks at Thad
Uzi: hey? weren't you one of those students I intro'd back in first period?
Thad: that's right, and we just wanted to say that were sorry that you never had friends back at LA.
Uzi: yeah, that's what Aiden told me.
she said as she took a bite of her food as Thad looks at jacob questionably
Aiden: it's true, she even told me that why she doesn't trust me
Uzi stopped eating when Aiden said that, but luckily no one else did Cuz they were busy eating and talking
Thad: really?
Uzi: (sighs in defeat) yeah, it's true. i don't trust humans because....(she leans over to thad and whispers) of what the humans used to do to us years ago.
Thad: oh, so that's why. but luckily, they don't do that to us anymore.
Aiden: that's what i sai... oh no.
Chad: what is it?
Aiden: (whispers and points) behind you.
Thad & Chad turn around and see who he's pointing at and quickly turns back. uzi is confused of what they're talking about, then sees 3 drones, but they look different then the regular worker drones as in they are taller than them, which surprised Uzi of their height. she then sees them sitting down at their table eating their food
