So, I did not have any ideas about how to make a whole BOOK out of this idea. This is my Hero x Villain AU, where Charli is the hero and Luca is the villain. This is a CharLuca (Charli x Luca) fanfiction. So sorry I couldn't make it a book! I hope you enjoy!

-Charli had a light, a light that was brighter than anyone else's.-
Charli had loved being a hero. She loved everything 𝒂𝒃𝒐𝒖𝒕 being a hero. Being able to defend herself, having little kids look up to her, and most importantly: being able to save others. But ever since she had made contact with him, she started to question what side she was really on.
Her problem was solved when she discovered that they shared the same feelings.
Love...
Love was a very powerful thing, especially for a girl like Charli. Sooner or later, her love for him would pull her further into 𝒉𝒊𝒔 darkness and further from her light.
They would sneak away from their acquaintances. They were gone for at least five minutes. Then, five turned into ten, and ten turned into fifteen, fifteen turning into thirty. Until, they had reached their end. They had been caught. They had been gone for far too long.
What would they do then? They loved each other, but could tell no one.
After they had gotten caught, their acquaintances kept a close eye on them. The lovers couldn't ever see each other again now! Or would they?...
It began again. Both sneaking into the night, the desire for each other being too much to handle. As they met with each other, they were careful to watch the time, for they did not want to get caught again. They settled on ten minutes every night they would meet.
Soon, they would decide to run away together and leave all of their worries behind. Charli was hesitant to leave her acquaintances, but her love for him clouded her mind. No, it took 𝒐𝒗𝒆𝒓 it. Therefore, she agreed. He grabbed her hand and pulled her away. Away from her acquaintances. Until finally, the inevitable happened:
She was swallowed entirely into the darkness. The light she had, had faded into darkness. And not just any darkness, 𝒉𝒊𝒔 darkness...
