Voice #2 (AKA Dear-Daughter) asks: " Amy, tell me about your childhood with kate? "

*Amy sighs, and sits on her bed.*
"It was interesting, to say the least...Sadly enough, I had only known her for a year...But-"
*Amy smiled, and takes off her jacket, placing it on the bed next to her*
"He was my first real friend...They never took advantage of me, she treated me nicely, she made me feel happy with myself, I just-... I guess-.."
*She lays on her bed and curls into a ball*
"I guess I just want something like that again...I had Jessica but...I couldn't even keep that before everything went to sh** happened."
*She pauses, before shaking her head and sitting up.*
"I'm getting off-topic. Anyway, Kate was my neighbor when I was 9. Apparently, when I met her, her mother and she kept moving from place to place, and Beth never told her why, aside from something felt off, but she was hoping that my town was the time when that would stop."
"Kate never made any other friends until she moved again, but she was the sweetest, yet shyest friend I'd ever had. After I met her, we were inseparable. Though...sometimes I thought maybe Beth didn't like me. She always seemed unsettled around me...Geez, if she didn't like me as a child, she wouldn't like where I am now..."
"But they were both amazing people, and I wish they stayed for longer...But if they did, Kate would never meet CR and Lauren-"
*A knock is heard and a short proxy wearing all white peeks in. Amy immediately gets up off her bed, jumping slightly.*
"Kate! I mean, Chaser, or- Hi! Um- Did you- Did you need something?"
*Kate glances around before opening the door fulling and leaning against frame, before talking.*
"Are you okay? I heard you talking to yourself and pacing around a lot."
"Oh...Yeah, I just-...I talk to myself when I'm stressed, or when I want to calm down...It- It helps the ones up here calm down..."
*Amy points to her forehead before crossing her arms. Kate frowns and gives a look of sympathy to their friend before looking at the floor.*
"...Voices bugging you, huh?"
"Not really...They sorta freak out when they don't know things or are confused or excited, and when I talk or explain things or questions they have, it sorta calms them down a bit..."
"...You know the voices come with the mask right? I have them too, so do Tim."
"Wait, really? That explains why they started when Slender took me. That's..That's not fun..."
"Nope...The voices are all of Slender's past proxies...The ones who didn't last...Some of them remember everything that happened to them, but others? Others only know your head."
"Oh..."
"But...Maybe I should try your tactic sometime? If that's how you have figured out to keep them tame. Granted, we all have different voices."
"I've tended to number them at this point. It helps to know out who is who..."
"...Well, I have to go, but I'll consider your method."
*Kate walks out, closing the door behind her. Amy sighs, sitting back down on her bed.*
