An endless uphill climb

Its been a week since Diona asked if she could be my travel buddy, we spoke about our chilhood memories with eachother and what led us to be kept apart for so long. She confessed that she had been planning to talk to me for a while now but never knowing the right moment. She feared that if she didnt call out to me that morining the opportunity would never arise again. We spoke about Diluc and how she hated him and her issues with her own father and alcohol. I may not share rhe same disdain for the wine industry as a whole however I understood the pain she felt due to Diluc's carelessness.

After we were sure we were prepared to leave Mondstadt we had to decide where to go next. Diona expressed her curiosity about Inazuma. Itbseemed quiet and peacful there since the vision hunt decree was gotten rid of. We agreed to go after we traveled to Liyue harbour since not only did the culture and gods peak both of their interests but also because it would be easiest to travel to Inazuma from there.
"So, its been decided! Liyue here we come!" Her child-like energy could make anyone smile. She seemed so hopeful and young even though she was 2 years older that Klee.

The sun around them gleamed in their eyes; the spark of new andventure was refereshing and new. It wasnt the same 4 walls Klee was usually prisoned in. The unfamiliar warmth made her shiver.
" Hey look naturally grown sunsetias!"
Sunsetias grown in the wild were always juicier and sweeter, though they were a rare find when you were deliberately looking for them. Somethimes the best things are found where you dont expect them. A generally good policy for life.

After a while of bathing in the sunlight and discussions of where thay would stay for the night, they stumbled across a hilichurl camp. The abyss order had died down now that lumine found her brother and the both of them returned to their original world. This camp must have barely survived. Thay felt sorry for the misunderstood creatures so they offered them a few apples and raw meat as a communicatior or peace. The creatures seemed happy shating the new suppies between them selfes and chattering in hillichurlian. While they were all sitting ther enjoying the scene a familiar gust of wind knocked the hillichuls to the ground injuring them.
"H-hey whose there!?"
Klee was ready to pull one of her signature bombs out of her bag untill she saw a fammiliar silouette.
"Jean....?"
Klee paused thinking about her words untill Diona spoke.
"Hey! What the fuck is wrong with you! Those hilichurls didnt do anything wrong! Thats just cruel!"
The dandelion knight stopped in her tracks after she realized what was going on. Once again she fucked up. Acted before thinking. What would Grand Master Varka think? She had harmed this child enough already. She kneolw an apology wasnt enough, yet still..
"I- Im so sorry... I just- I thought...."
She was soon cut of by Klee
"What you just think killing everything I care about is right. God, I hate you... You fuck everything up."
Before Jean could get another word in Klee ran off, Diona trailing bot far behind. She had blown it again itvwas all just an accident though..
